Shopping experience was good though after sale service is awful. Customer service is poor and it takes them 3~4 weeks to service or repair bags! Quality control issues in the bag that we bought on 3-July 2022 and we are still awaiting bag delivery on 2nd August.
Worst thing is zero communication and no acknowledgement or information on what and how they are fixing the issue. Store staff has no information. In our case Decorative golden chain (which they seem to be using in almost every 2nd bag) has weak links and come off. Not going to buy Da Milano bags ever again!
