I have purchased my wallet from Da Milano and they give you a lifetime warranty.but after using it for 2 months the wallet really got bad. I have other mat color wallets too but nothing get so bad like this wallet. I went to the store to get it cleaned.even after cleaning it looks same.the chain hook was also not fixed as I mentioned during repairing. I didn’t like their services and their lifetime warranty is all fake

Highly disappointed from Da Milano only because of this store. I waited 30 mins for the luggage tag with initials but they said they were too busy and would deliver it the next day. However, the next day never came. They never even delivered it and when i contacted they said it’ll take more time. So bad.

I visited the store and bought a bag but the staff was very rude they mentioned their policies in a very rude manner without listening which was unacceptable. Also, during sale period they said they don’t provide high quality carry bags for the product as in sale period they cut costs which was baseless.
