For fitness and for some physical exercise must try zumba classes, they provide other sessions as well yoga, aerobics etc. I was a part of those classes and reduced few kgs now i feel more fit and strong. All the teachers are very good and knowledgeable. Teachers give attention to every individual while doing the exercises which is very important.
Happy and friendly environment. Best instructor.and it's really an awesome experience to do zumba and how to stay fit in a proper guidance. Love this place.
