Good flats, you can but it in the range of 1.5 to 1.7 cr. Small apartment. Society park is also very small. But location is very good. Very near to Lal Path Lab Rohini.

One of the best societies of North West Delhi. Its actually 3BHK not like other societies where store room is considered to be a normal room.

Visitors can not take there vehicle in society.you will have to leave your vehicle on road and visit your friends and family's house by walk and there no one is responsible for your vehicle

Society is bit small and congested, keeping in view the parking and walking area. Otherwise it is ok, and flats are descent.

Poor Quality construction. Seepage problem in every flats. Poor Security. Theft is common in this society. Dump behind the apartments. Lot of mosquito there caused Dengue and chikungunya.

Nice location for residing near to market, metro, railway station petrol pumps and function banquet.

Good society with only 124 flats but I face parking problem in the society.due to every flat owner is having more than one car.don't why, when the delhi metro is just walking distance from the society.
