Dav Pet Lover's Pet Shop - Puppies for Sale in Delhi Ncr

PS: Updating after 6 months on 27th Nov 22. I went with a police officer on the given mall address. After that discovered there was never a pet shop. However, when on phone Gaurav promoted to provide the certificate in Nov. Now I have been asking them for certificate and they are not replying or picking up. I can share screenshot. These are very difficult people to trust with.

July2022:
Asked for a KCI Shih Tzu! Took the money, send without vaccination card details or sticker! Without food at 10 pm when the payment was done at 3pm and was promised delivery in 2 hrs!

My wife had received the same video of puppy from other breeder for 15k! I paid 30 k for same video puppy from here!

And i was told that once i give the name of puppy KCI applied for certificate request will be share next day! They have not reached back to me for any details!

Despite asking multiple times, the madam is not sharing her husband number with whom i had a word! Multiple excuse of out side Delhi or illness! Don't understand if someone is out of Delhi then can't talk on phone?

The only thing they will understand is when i will create a scene at their shop! Which i will do shortly! I'm waiting for them to respond after which i will file a case of cheating as my payment is done online!

Don't trust them! After payment they simply ignore you!

The parent KCI certificate has some other name and the useless certificate they provide has some other breeder name! So they are making fool by giving false certificate! Don't be trapped by them

Extremely disappointed!

PS: The reply is completely misleading! I don't have a personal animosity with them! And cooking stories to save their reputation!

I was angry that despite asking multiple times you send the puppy extremely late without food on day of delivery and was lying!
I will also upload the parent KCI with the letter of breeder name and the useless certificate you provided with a different breeder name! I have all call details of the very next day when the call was not picked!

Therefore, my request to you is to provide the applied for certificate as Gaurav has promised to provide very next day!

Also this picture is the night i received the puppy! Now he looks better! And have also given vaccination which was overdue 2 weeks!

Prove ne wrong by sharing my puppy applied for KCI certificate!

Iske upar trust mat karna. Ek no cheater hai.

We bought Shih tzu dog and named it Shifu.
We were so happy with their services and support before deciding to buy a Shih Tzu they gave all the details about the father and mother explained all the facts and experiences. Also guided us how to take care Shifu the most. We wish him best of luck.

My experience with dav pet lovers has been traumatizing. Got a female shih Tzu from them and within 20 DAYS she was diagnosed with epilepsy by our veterinary doctor and after 3 days of diagnosis she passed away due to EPILEPTIC SHOCK.
What deeply disappoints me is the complete lack of responsiveness from Dav Pet Lovers regarding our dog's demise. Despite informing them about the situation, they have shown no concern or willingness to address the issue. This neglectful behavior on their part is truly disheartening. It is highly questionable that a reputed establishment like dav pet lovers gave us a puppy suffering from GENETIC
DISORDER in the first place. The staff at dav was clueless and they were not connecting us with the owner as well.

When a pet shop knowingly offers a weak dog, it crosses the boundaries of both ethics and potentially legality, as it may infringe upon animal welfare regulations. As a customer who has already endured the consequences of an irresponsible pet owner, it becomes crucial to conduct thorough research on the pet shop prior to acquiring a pet, ensuring their reputation and dedication to the health and overall welfare of their animals.

This shop is very genuine. They will give you good quality puppy and will guide you everything. We had really bad experience in past our dog died as he was suffering from parvo, we were very scared to get another dog but we really wanted a dog. We talked to DAV pet shop’s owner she understood all our worries and asked her to take a chance again as she assured us that she will provide best quality puppy to us. We arey now the happiest dog parents. Our dog is now our bestfriend. Thank you DAV pet shop for gaining our trust back.

Very dangerous people for puppies. Never get them proper nutrition, they donot treat puppies well. They fake breading certificates. Scamming people for money. They should be shut down for malpractice.

We were looking for a beagle puppy last month and we contacted them for the same and within few hours the cutest and naughtiest puppy was at my doorstep. We are so happy with our Bella (beagle puppy) she is the smallest member of our family now and everyone loves her. Thank you Dav pet lovers for our baby.

It has been a nightmare since we got a puppy from them. AT first they were overpriced but we paid that thinking that the puppy is in good shape and they promised to provide KCI certificate. We were fooled right from the beginning as no KCI certificate was provided and they charged extra 10000 for that and also they said the puppy's first vaccination has been done.
None of that was true, puppy was not vaccinated and was in poor condition as for them its just a business and puppies are just to get more money.

They will only respond if you write a bad review for them. They will act very nice and accommodating till they get their money after that do not expect any response from them and do not believe anything they say.
A lot of complaints has been raised for them in the past including my own still is see them doing business which is weird because people are not aware as they read the reviews on the site (most of them are fake, check with the cyber department).

I did all this because i can pay but I cannot take chances with my fur baby for whom they made it a play. Its disgusting and disappointing.

Please do not encourage such breeder and get your puppy from someone who really cares for fur babies instead of people like dav pet lovers who just make it fun business without any responsiblity.

Yesterday I bought Male beagle, 39 days old from Mr Gaurav Sharma. The paperwork was quick and I had my puppy handed over to me in no time. In this Covid-19 era, he had also taken every precautionary measure that he hands us a healthy and a sanitized puppy. He is also a pet lover himself, so he takes good care of the puppies before delivering them to the customers.
I would highly recommend him to people who are looking forward to purchase pure breed dogs, who want no compromise in quality.

Fast forward to 10th August 2022, it's been more than 2 years since i bought my beagle puppy from DAV pet lover's, but i am sorry to say that although Mr Gaurav provided me a healthy puppy, but he SCAMMED me for the paperwork. I did not receive anything in terms of KCI, for which i paid extra money. Mr Gaurav has also stopped replying to me on WhatsApp and also does'nt pick up my calls. For the sake of some extra money he decided to spoil the name of his business, shame!
Look at the reviews, of how many people Mr Gaurav has scammed of not delivering their dog's respective KCI paperwork to them. It's so tragic.
BEWARE & people are also advised to go through the comments of many other clients on this business, not everyone is posting a fake review or is a liar, they are mostly true stories and this happened to me as well.

Because of this incident i am going to lower the overall rating to their business and probably will never do business with them in future.

It's been two weeks since we brought our first golden retriever puppy home. He is full of energy and a bundle of joy. From the start till date, we have been assisted well by Manjeeta. Our experience with “Dav Pet Lover's Pet Shop” has been excellent and highly recommended.

I have recently bought a shitzu puppy from them, and I am really happy with my new member, the pup is naughty and healthy, also I would appreciate the efforts of the person who gave me the guidance between a few breeds I was confused about before the buying them, however, I am little disappointed as they told me that the puppy will be potty trained, the pup is not trained.also they have not done any deworming of puppy in 45 days which is mandatory for these little pups and the puppy is not vaccinated as well.

Although I am happy with my new member.

This is a place that is truly authentic. I am extremely happy with my purchase of the toy puddle. They delivered as promised. The dog is such a good boy with no tantrums and very disciplined. Overall guidance and purchase experience was smooth and easy.

Money have been taken in advance and they haven’t showed the same puppy which they have showed in the videos it’s a fraud.it’s fair to hold a puppy by giving less token until unless you don’t see in real in front of your eyes but then when u don’t like the puppy they will force you to see and they don’t return back your advance they have eaten mine doesn’t matter how much is the advance what matters is whether they are trustworthy or not but they are not.the lady clearly said no that she won’t be able to refund my advance and if you don’t like something you don’t buy it simple no one can force it on you coz you are paying from your own pocket so you will cross check as a customer before buying.

This is the second puppy we got from them, a golden a year ago and now a poodle a few weeks ago. Absolutely beautiful. It was very imp for us to get the puppies from a trusted breeder and we got exactly that. Highly recommend.

Called them to enquire about something, and the receptionist was absolutely rude, illiterate and uncouth. Had no manners and was yelling and shouting at the top of her lungs. The worst experience ever.

They give you the healthiest fur balls like I got mine. Couldn’t have asked for more. I’m very happy with the service they provided. They handed me the baby to my door step with an hour. The owners are super polite and very cooperative. Thank you for giving me my little baby “JOURNEY”

I had paid the token amount of 2000 to Dav Pet Lover's. Due to some sudden family issues I couldn't go ahead with the purchase but the guys at DAV were really kind to return the full token amount. Though I wasn't able to get a pup from them this time, but soon I definitely will and they would be my first choice. Thank you.

Firstly I’ll talk about the Puppy, We bought a Shih Tzu puppy from them. The Dog is very Cute Happy, and Healthy. Now about Dav Pet Lovers, Really nobody would have helped as much as they helped The breed we actually needed to suit our apartment size. He is really cute and super active!
And lastly we really want to thank the whole Dav pet shop team for helping us to find our companion for life.

This is an amazing, well advertised and designed place with dedicated service in quality help. The people are on point in getting you what you need and the place is filled and well arranged and stocked with A+ grade stuff. Have been there once, but they sure have made me their forever customer, i.e, if they continue to be tip top with what I experienced.

Got a toy pom for my daughter from here. Named her Skaya. She is a beautiful true breed dog. Manjita ji has been very helpful and taken us through each and every step with detail. Will totally recommend them!

If you are looking for a genuine puppy there are only a few trusted sources out there. A friend of mine recommended Dav pet lover to me. Trust me, these guys are wonderful. They showed me pictures of 5-6 golden retriever pups out of which I chose this cute little puppy boy. Even after bringing the puppy home they were constantly in touch with us regarding puppy's feeding and other concerns. Whenever we needed them they we're just a call away.
The puppy is very joyous, healthy and playful. Has become part of my family in no time.

If you want a puppy but without KCI paper then you can go here, because when you ask them for papers they will say 60-70 day mein milega, and they will charge you extra 1000-1500 bucks as well, but after 60-70 days they suddenly stop answering your calls and start ignoring your messages, when you call from another number, they simply say 60-70 days aur lagega and hung up your call, this happens with me 2-3 times, if you want more details write to me, and when you “buy” puppy from here, they will force you to write good review, they will not ask write review about our services, they will ask you write good reviews. Below is my 3 months before review about them, which they “force” me to write -

Absolutely horrific experience dealing with display of utter unprofessional behavior! It was nightmare dealing with these people who have absolute no knowledge of to run a business involving a live stock! I got a Labrador puppy with a assurance that it has dewormed and has the first vaccination done!
The puppy I had would not even eat for first few days anything and i keeping chasing around to ask what the breeder was feeding coz he wont eat anything and yet there was no response.

After days and days of chasing the lady around for the breed certificate and the hard copy of the vaccination details nothing! I was after repeated calls and n infinite number of calls unanswered I was able to a breed certificate which has cutting and the writing is almost incomprehensible! And i still do not have all the documents with me! These people are not replying on whatsapp I have the screenshots and do not answer the call! I have a now 53 day old that i'm still trying to figure out to get first or second vaccine done! I have seen some business owner really ruin their busniesses but the way these people handle! After my horrendous experience I would never recommend this shop! I'm soo sick my gut with treatment and soo annoyed as well!

We bought a GR pup from them in April. We have been endlessly following up for the KCI papers but they have been postponing. Now they are not responding to calls. They charged us extra for the KCI papers. Till we were potential customers, their response was on point.

I wouldnt call this a response.it is rather a pathetic and shameless lie on your part.

Let me reiterate once again, after endless calls and messages by me and my husband and without response from you guys.when i messaged from a new number you responded to my message asking "which breed do you want" thinking that i am a potential customer.

That was way back on September 15th.and then you asked for the breed certificate which i immediately furnished.since than i have been again following up again.and you guys sent no response.

I don't know whom you met and gave KCI certificate for my dog.if was definitely not me or my husband or anyone from my family.so stop bullshiting.if you cannot give papers you can just say that we cannot.instead of creating a web of lies like this.

And, since you are talking about patience. From April 19 till October 26 which is today we have been patiently waiting.had this not been patience, I would just not have stopped at writing a review only!

First I was very anxious and nervous for boarding a dog in my house but after getting my poodle from Dav Pet Lovers I am in love with their services. Even my parents started loving him now. I am very thankful to Dav Pet Lovers for providing me with a well-trained and loving puppy.
