Very good experience with Dayal optical greeting standard are good product knowledge are good collection are also good my opinion must be visit.

My experience has been totally amazing. Dayal has an excellent collection where one could easily get lost but the courteous staff guide and take care of you. Never to be missed for either spectacles or sunglasses.

Absolutely amazing collection. But the bestest part is their customer service support. Polite and always ready to help. I am so careless that I have broken my sunglasses twice but they have helped me so much every time. Thank you so so much. Highly recommend.

Beware- Their staff will talk sweetly on your face at first but their service is pathetic.

I bought a Burberry frame from their store and Mr. Faiz assisted me for the same. I was a little skeptical about the printed logo and weather it would wash off after a few days. He assured me saying “it is on a 2 years warranty- anything happens to the logo- we will change the frame”

So I went ahead with the purchase. Within 4 months the logo vanished. I went to the store and spoke to Faiz and he assured me- “I’ll put the complain and within 15 days we’ll get a 100% credit on this and you can take something else.

Guess what- he didn’t even bother to text/ message anything for 3 weeks. I called them and he said”oh! We’ve got a mail today only and it got rejected”

Frustrated as I was due to the service, I went to the store and spoke to their manager Mr Manish who spoke to me very well and again- assured me “I will get this sorted- it’s not a big deal. I’ll get this thing done- just give me 15 days.

Again! It’s been 4 weeks and they do not reply to calls or messages!

I really used to think great things about Dayal Opticals but this experience truly showed me how pathetic their services are and how they just talk sweetly on your face but are not at all bothered.

I wouldn’t recommend anyone this store to anyone. They might have a good collection of frames but when you purchase something in that price bracket, you expect a good service and support from the store which is completely missing.

My glasses got damaged and as a tourist I did not quite expect such lovely treatment, they fixed, complimentary and we were even given spare parts in case something happened again. Thoroughly impressed by the kindness of this shop keeper!

Too many people with fake frames review so went there to check and enquire but I found frames were original. On a 29000 /- frame they offered 22000/- rate

I have been a customer for the last 32 years. The selection is superb. Everyone is pleasant and helpful. There’s no way that anyone in his or her right mind would allege fakery in this store. I wait to come to India to get my glasses made by Dayal Opticals.

Just visited the store in Khan Market and received very very pleasant service especially from Mr. Malhotra (a very senior, dedicated and knowledgeable salesperson in Dayal). The collection in Dayal is always stellar and I always feel I get the most fashionable and stylish eyewear from them.

Owner of this place is a total sad case of a man who hoarded oxygen during the crisis. Don't care what you do, you won't get any of my business.

All frames they have are from Old Delhi’s Ballimaaran market, all are fake copies of genuine eye frames. This store is selling as branded frames & making a monkey of people who are paying exorbitant prices. DO NOT ever buy branded frames from them, they are all FAKES!

Attitude problem.u sell eyeglasses but not porsche. I request all buyers to ask import date of product they will simply reply we hv huge sale and we can not maintain tags of all products.they behave with customer like they are nothing but they feel themselves as king. I also wanna tell dayal team that u r not only one in delhi who sell sunglasses.

The gentleman who helped me. His name was either Hemant or Kemant. Without hesitation sent my glasses to be fixed and the work was done at an amazing price.

I would be very happy and confident to buy my next pair of glasses from this store. Too much to like.

Have had a very long and steady positive relationship with Dayal opticals for the past almost 14 years. Have bought multiple sunglasses and prescription glasses for the whole family over the years. I've known and dealt with Manish Pradhan for the same duration and have never had any complaints, good collection always and competitive prices. Exceptional service.

Worst Experience, pathetic quality, irresponsible staff. I gave them my sunglasses for repair, they have lost the item and not returning back. I’m going to Consumer Court against them!

They sell FAKE products.
Had got a frame from them which started to rust within 6 months. When I took it to another store, they pointed the poor quality of the make. Being a branded frame, I was sure that it is a fake product.
The frame ultimately crumbled due to rusting and had to be discarded.
Best to avoid these cheats.

Not sure what is up with this place and the attitude the staff has but they really behave like royalty. Seriously, if they continue with the same attitude Dayal Opticals will certainly lose all business especially given the competition that exists here in Khan Market. Special mention to Vinod who certainly thinks he is fit to be only the king of the world!

We visited Dayal Opticals, Khan Market for the very first time about 8-9 year ago. There we met, this young and extremely pleasent young man, Manish Madaan. The service, experience and conversation we had with him, got us hooked to him. We were staunch Lawrence and Mayo patrons for more than a decade till we met Manish. Post that one experience, we have been patrons at Dayal Opticals, not because of the brand but because of Manish. We have travelled from the Delhi Cantt to Khan Market initially. We shifted to Gurgaon about 4 years back and still come to the Khan Market store for Manish although, the Galleria outlet is right next door. The kind of service that Manish has provided us over the years has been exceptional. Our Go To Optician and there have been times, when we have been stuck in places with broken glasses and damaged lenses and Manish gone the extra mile and shipped us the same immediately. It's such a delight interacting with him. We wish him the very best always and hope our association continues for years to come. Thanks a lot, Manish
