I used to prefer this shop for any type of cosmetic, its been 3 yrs I never went any other place to buy a single thing. But today I experienced a very bad customer services, Yesterday I bought so many items one of them was damaged (lipstick) I did not check it while buying because I knew the product code and I was in hurry, I asked a person to give the particular item. When I found its damaged I went back to the shop just to check what they will do and it is very sad to say that first of all no one was ready to attend me, girls standing on counter said "seedhe aage" that's it. After that when I spoke to specific counter that lady investigated I explained it again, then again another person asked me the same thing and I again explained him that bhaiya I did not check it while buying and all, he said ye to used lag rahi hain I told him, dear I used it once but after using it I found it's broken from the bottom. He did not seem to resolve my issue. I told him okay, if you don't want to exchange its okay I can use it with brush but I'll never come back to your shop. He (Pankaj) did not bother about it.
