DDA Sports Complex, Saket

Good place to unload some stress and get on with your game. Has a wide selection of sports but management is dismal. Come with friends or come alone, you almost have someone to play along. Well, atleast I do.

You can find all types of sports here except vollyball. They are going to start swimming in april month. You have to take membership for that. Its a huge sports complex with lots of greenery. Must try this

I have been going to this complex for more than 20 years, it has kept up with its standard and has been making constant changes on improving its infrastructure from time to time, there is lot of open space & lot of greenery, beautiful flowers.

Very good place for you to indulge in physical fitness!

Casual Entry fee: Rs 60 per person only. You can come and play any sport with paying only ₹60.

There is a Eatery with kitchen where you can buy typical Indian refreshments, tea, samosa, sports drinks, omelette Etc at fair prices!

There is a sports shop in the complex where you can buy, TT balls, Shuttles, Rackets, Grips etc as well.

Facilities I have Used:
1. Squash:

There are 4 squash courts in total. 2 have glass doors and 2 have a wooden door for you to get in, close it from the inside and play. All of the courts have wooden flooring and fans! No air conditioning!

Non-Marking shoes are required (Authorities may allow you to play with normal shoes but if somebody complains, then you’ll have to vacate the courts!

2. Badminton:

I haven’t played in the indoor courts shown in the pictures.

There are 4 outdoor courts which are generally filled in the evening. So if you want to play you have to come early, or you can join in with the regular people, they’re very welcoming. 2 courts have painted marking with cemented flooring and 2 courts are based on synthetic flooring, which are not in a very good condition. You can play on those as well but injury can happen.

You can play with normal shoes!

Lights are available for outdoor courts in night!

3. Table Tennis

The table tennis indoor facility has 5 tables (also shown in the pictures). 3 tables are new and 2 seem not so old. The coach also comes every evening to play with the regular people and you can ask for tips as well.

4. Football

There is a full football 11v11 football ground where you can play 6v6,7v7,8v8 or any kind. Generally in the evenings, nearby kids come and train with a coach. I used to go in the day to train, do drills, practice shooting with my friends and the ground was generally empty.

Camera are not allowed in case you want to record your games and training!

A very well managed government sports facility which has international standard swimming, cricket, tennis, squash, basketball ground/courts/stadia. Coaching available for most sports.

One can pay and use the sports complex or one can get a membership. There are certain options available for government officials for membership.
I tried using table tennis facility.
It was fine. They have 5 tables in a lengthy room.
Better go early in the morning to avoid crowd.
I used it from 0800 to 1000 hrs. At 1000 hrs it started getting crowdy. It was Sunday

They have other facility for badminton, tennis, etc.

The skating rink is of smaller size than other sport complexes e.g. Vasant Kunj. Also, classes are shorter i.e. 45 mins whereas charges are higher i.e. ~1400 per month. Coaching is okay, nothing exceptional.

Otherwise, complex is huge and well maintained - Cricket ground and badminton courts for instance.

Poor infrastructure! Squash court is in bad condition, broken roofs and floors. Its high time that the government looks into this

Cool n nice place for sports, late evenings n early mornings are peaceful, everyone can enjoy n play, well maintained

DDA facilitate this complex with all sports events but quality of coach is not desirable specially in cricket

One of the best sports complex I've ever been to. Great infrastructure with greenery all around and the prices are pretty reasonable too.

Fill up a membership and you can enjoy the privilege of the facility. Also you can have entry as a guest but it'll cost you a affordable price.

Terrible mismanagement by the team at Saket Sports complex with regards to Swimming forms & admission

A very cool and calm place to have fun and sports activities. Swimming is under construction yet. Very close to select City walk. Nearest metro station is Malviya Nagar.

Visited the clay tennis courts multiple times as a guest, after more than a decade.
While the reception had been professionalized at this excellent sports facility, the clay courts are still steeped retro design and retro maintenance neglect.
The linemen don't 'brush' the surface each evening before marking the lines. One baseline was off by six inches!

Nice place for activity of kids, in-house budget options for various sports, good thing is that rennovation is going on, so we can see better areas very soon!

Swimming Classes will Start in May Month. Right Now The Pool is in Maintenance Process.
You Can Go there between 1st to 10th April to Apply Membership for any activity for May month. Or You Can Pay ₹60 on Entry Gate to Access any Spots Facility for a Day without Coaching. Membership includes coaching.

6AM to 4PM - ₹60 Entry.
4PM to 7PM - (Coaching Hours) Only For Members.

The facility is very good, but the staff are ill-mannered and it is nearly impossible to get an application for membership, definitely some shady things are happening in the management!

Worst academy for cricket just stealing money or nothing any player of your academy will never become a cricketer stop fooling people on name of coaching
