Decathlon, Pacific Mall

Very well attended to by Amulya and security guard Santosh Kumar of Pacific Mall Subhash Nagar store.
However，even after buying goods of over Rs12000, the store is charging Rs50 for a very ordinary quality and small size cloth bag. I would have needed at least 4 of such bags to carry the goods. The complimentary carry bags available at the store are made of non-degradable plastic, are not comfortable to carry and not of good quality. Moreover, the guy manning the review/complaint desk started to argue with me about it that since Decathlon products are cheap in price, the company can't give free carry bags. He even refused to call his manager to attend to my complaint. I just had suggested that the company should not charge for carry bags, especially when a customer has bought a large number of clothes, he "needs" something to carry the goods in.
Often, the attitude of male staff in the store is very rude and offensive. This is how some people ruin the atmosphere of a potentially good place.

I love to buy my fitness equipments from decathlon Today I went to decathlon store at tagore garden. It was amazing experience. We had great time there and played so many games. Staff was so cooperative and humble, this girl subhangi at store such a nice girl, she helped us alot. I strongly recommend to all visit here.

Worst experience.there was mal function in the chain of my jacket for which I got some issue with jacket.they neither solved my problem nor replaced it.worst behaviour by the people.don't buy anything from them.

Very poor service.they don't know how to treat customers. Mr Parveen at reception is very arrogant and totally unprofessional.sales boys don't care about the requirements of the customer.

They cheat people, with their low quality product. None of the product are reliable and authentic. And the so called workers are so negative.

This place is great for shopping, however, it is very much crowded on weekends and it's hard to get a place to sit in the food court. Nice food court and many options of recreational activities also. Although it is heavily crowded in the weekends but still it has lot to offer. Well managed also. It has PVR also for movie lovers.

I loved the place though i was there for an interview it was hard to find the place actually but we made it to the decathlon somehow. The staff is good and friendly. Huge store usually crowded. In weekend days it goes full. They gave cool stuffs in the store must go and checkout. Decathlon is one of the best place where i love to go.

This decathlon has lady store manager was worst I ever seen. As I visited to return faulty product which is an t shirt with poor stitches.manager was suggesting me to get stitched from local shop. Really disappointed with this experience. Decathlon is worst ever for service after sales. If you proceed with this attitude one day you will have to sell bhajiis in store due to lack of customer.

What the palam Vihar store staff are doing during a sale by reserving stuff for friends and not allowing paying customers to buy is disgusting and unreal. After having spent lakhs in decathlon over the years, I’m done with this brand thanks to such unsupervised ridiculous gimmicks! More of their stores deserve to shut down.

I bought an exercising cycle from here which had a 5 year warranty. I got a defective product whose heart rate sensor stopped working in a day or 2. I tried contacting them many times but my problem wasn't taken care of. After many days I was informed that it would be fixed in october. I shared an issue in August and they are willing to fix it in October. Imagine this, even a local vendor get this fixed in a week or 2 and they need 3 months for this. I got a mail after a month and it was -

Great store, professional service. The variety here is good and the stuff is durable, particularly jackets, windcheaters and warm inners. You can also get good tee shirts for decent prices.

To the best of my knowledge thi is the biggest mall in west delhi with wide range of products. This is one stop shop for all your need. There is no medical shop inside.you can buy beer but not hard liquor. It has a great food court as well.
