It ain't a good hospital
The behaviour of security guards and doctors is very rude.
They don't even use rubbing alcohol before the vaccine and guards ask for bribes.
I don't recommend this hospital

Very pathetic service for this Hospital and very badly service for Emergency services and very rude behaviour employees and bounser totaly time West poor peoples and OPD every time machine is not working still waiting 2-3hour after saying coming back again tomorrow

Its single Hospital in west delhi from kirti nagar to dwarka covering medical emergencies.its single reffral hospital.serving 24*7emergency surgeries and dealing with medical emergencies.

Very poor, I will give no any Star but, my two time experience very, first 14 years ago and second 21 September 2023, every person knows he was owner this hospital, including guards, staff and doctors

Deen Dayal Hospital Hari Nagar. Rishka is in such a rush that the ambulance takes time to reach.

I visited on 12-09-23 at surgical room 4C. I saw a huge huge crowd with foul smell inside the premises. Doctor of surgical OPD not showed a good behaviour. Agar white shirt nikal de to wo doctor nahi villain lagega. He scolded my mother and also me. Respected CM Kejriwal sir kindly do needful for this type of doctor.

This place is a total trash the person from the counter just go to drink the tea, from the children emergency counter please do not come to this hospital I would have given it 0 stars if I could do so.

Pathetic hospital doctors staff, do not go for delivery here, my sister was there in labour room and they ruined 3 cases, one baby was alive and they said it is dead when family checked he was breathing they rushed in side but till then baby died, and how rudely just like animals they treat ladies in labour, one of the doctor in front of me said a lady crying in pain unable to stand -chal chal khadi ho natak mat kr bina dard k bachhe nhi hote I was shocked then my sister baby had two rounds of cord and had a high risk pregnancy and she was admitted since 11 am and till 12am in the night no treatment or assistance was there we took the discharge and now she delivered a healthy baby doctor where we went after ddu said u came on correct time else it would be late, hope mr.kejriwal ji look into this

Today i visit hospital. Its covid time i visit ENT department there meet to Doctor Richa singh. I shocked government doctor very helpful. She treats me very special. I visit same place after 7 years. That's experience very bad. Bu today feel very good. Its covid time but they helped every patient. Very very thanks DOCTOR RICHA SINH.they Real heroes.

I went there for a Rtpcr test, the shift of the staff was supposed to be active by 9.00 in the morning and there was no till 9.45. They did the test that was fine and they asked me that the reports will be shared within 2 working days. I waited and ended up getting anonymous message from some phone number saying "I am tested negative and received nothing on papers"

Pathetic first and last experience in this hospital. Thanks Mr Kejriwal for this worst management.

Everyone knows that if you got covid vaccine you will get a certificate for it, but this hospital says we are not supposed to give certificate in case of 1st dose, it will be given only after two doses are done. Highly uneducated staff and making a fool of senior citizens.

Third class service they not take the critical situation of patient every week they call us to give new tests for which they dont dave kits if they have a normal blood test kit they take 1 week to give the report my mom have a cyst which needs to be removed they yest not admitted her just giving new type of tests.

Worst hospital. The staff. Doctors and nurses all are arrogant. Batemeez. Don't know how to talk or how to treat any patient, and very dirty hospital, I don't recommend to go there for any treatment specially pregnancy.

Not good in doing ultrasound, doesn't have proper arrangements have to wait several hours instead of taking appointment one day before. Worse experience I have, never prefer anyone for ultrasound here.

Doctors didn't come on time. Wasted almost 4 hours in the hospital without any treatment. Staff was rude and neglegient. I truly believe this is the horrific situation in the government hospitals where patients have to wait for so long for their treatment to get started. Doctors and staff members need regular counsellig on how to handle patients with love and care.

It is one of big hospital in Hari nagar and it's near area it's a government hospital in this are it treats all patients child, adults, male, females here is 24 hours service is available here is emergency ward is also and in the day time here is OPD for many department and different disease and here is speclist doctor available for all patients and they treat very well over all its a big hospital

This Hospital is good. But Nurse is not educated and his know how to deal with a patient. What is the Mr. Kejriwala where is everything is good. Please come to visit hospital and ask to patient what is good they are give you a Genuine answer.

Deen Dayal Upadhyay hospital is one of the best government hospital. 24 hours emergency is available here. All the medical facilities like blood test, ultrasound, ecg, x-ray etc are available here at free of cost. Doctors and nurses are very helpful and caring. They treat patients carefully.

Its not a very bad hospital as the ratings might suggest. The doctors are helpful and knowledgeable but most of the time its so crowded that even doctors are dismissive. Infrastructure needs to be improved to accommodate more people

Bad facility and bad staff my Grandfather admit in this hospital due to fever and weakness and all the reports are normal that they had provided and after 2 days condition gone critical and after many try they had shifted him to ICU and Doctor said you are late.where I am late they didn't see my grandfather admit from last 2 days and than they said in evening that we can't do anything condition gone critical. And senior doc come and said why you are wasting your time on 1 patient
And i lost my grandfather. Don't go in this hospital.in any situation

Had the opportunity to visit the eye opd at Deen Dayal Upadhyay hospital at Harinagar.
Absolutely overwhelmed by the way eye opd under Dr Amit is providing health care to the people of delhi in the hospital. I had visited the hospital for my Dad and i was impressed by professionalism of the doctors. Glad that we have professional health care reaching every body. Heart felt gratitude to Dr Amit and his team.god bless you guys and pray for god's favour and Grace on you as you go about treating the patients. My take.u guys are doing a great job and continue the same way.i am a follower of Jesus and his command to us is to take care of the weak and care for the sick.u are just doing that and you guys bring a smile on god's face.thts really good considering the greed, crime, corruption which disheartens God.

I think the impetus on health care by CM Kejriwal is praise worthy.

Bad experience. I had travelled from Nawada to come here with my friend for dog bite vaccination and they don't have any facility for it. They straight away denied to provide any medical help.
