Whenever I come to the child department they never give medicine and always say medicine is not available so take it from outside or chemist.

Staff waalon k ghar waale aaram se 11 - 12 bajje apna kaam krke, khana pina khaake sidhe sabse front pe aake doctor se dikhaate hain, or jo log subeh se line me lagge hote hain, unka number hi nahi aata hai. Population zaayde hain ya corruption zaayde hain yahan? Ek do ho to fir bhi smjh skte hain yahan 40% log kisi na kisi staff k reference se ya to neeche me guards ko paise deke staff waale banke aate hain, Hadd hai yaar, Hospital k guards bhi neeche me paise leke or ristedaar banake bina line me lagge hue doctor k paas chale jaate hain.

Maana bhai staff se hain, par you get paid for your service, why this kind of extra preferences?

Whatever the timings are mentioned online isn’t true as we all see the services from the government places, are they ever gonna improve? I don’t think so I don’t even see employees trying to improve their behaviour after getting delayed in thing which was supposed to open to take blood for test it says 8 am lines was already hee for 45 minutes when went to check in room no 24 they told me at 8: 15 when are going to starting taking test the guards says things are getting prepared and the other employees are looking at my face with blankness I mean even u want to prepare why have you mentioned it starts at 8 when they are still preparing till 8: 25 unbelievable! We are paying tax for these people to get services and what they are doing they don’t have a piece of gratitude here! The Lady inside the ECg room so unprofessional and so inhuman and place same like their washroom if u want everything in free u will have to pass here without saying anything and the lady inside for sugar check told me machine is not working and she doesn’t have any idea and she didn’t even write on paper that u can do it from outside but saying verbally #arvindkejriwal I am here to get medical fitness cause it’s mandatory from govt hospital. People who are outside and fighting for the space and employees are inside I see no difference! A dirty place how can it give a clean/healthy environment/things to others just like in a dirty bathroom u are taking shower and u thinking u came out clean no that’s the situation here full of unhygienic elevators full of Gutkha everywhere just like the roads of India. #PatheticIndia #patheticgovt. I expect no less in India such a horrible and humiliating and harassing experience. I wish I could take pictures for all of it am saying here. A piece of advice before going there u need to look like if u can’t they will write test for outside but they won’t write this later they can deny.

Hospital very clean n maintenance very well, doctor's so much frandly, treatment very good

Visited Ent doctor.super doctors and staff.so quick and precisely diagnosis.they are like real doctors otherwise nowadays most of the doctors are money minded and fake.

Nice infrastructure good facilities lots of space but not being utilized.
Co-operative staff and doctor.
If the Govt take interest on this hospital it would become better Hospital.

Experience are good but,
There is all worker like grade shippers and cleaning and other staff लोगे को अगर pasie (monkey) तो वह लोग आपका जल्दी काम करत देता है.

It's a worst hospital.they didn't understand pain of patient's, they don't even see pr hear the patient pain or disease, just say what happen then ok this is medicine go and take it

I went directly to the emergency because my BP shoot up. I was there for 4 hours and came back in a normal Bp without spending single peny. But for opd there is huge rush.

Worst staff. Uneducated, manner less and few doctors are not serious towards their patients they are busy only in gossips and fighting with patients.

मेरे दादाजी को बेड नही दिया गया, ऑक्सीजन के लिए मना कर दिया गया। आधी रात को कहा गया कि हमारे पास इनका कोई इलाज नहीं है, यहां से ले जाओ।

The worst government hospital. All the nearby I would request you to visit Mahaveer In rani bagh rather then this. In night there were two lady doctors and one male. I just told them i have a very bad stomach ache and without asking me anything about my symptoms and previous history they gave me two injections and ask me to wait. After two hours I again went to the doctor and told them there is no relief, the another lady doctor literally told me "ab kya hua" jese ehsaaan kar rahi ho and gave me another to injections. I asked nurse " ye konse injection hai" she told me "mujhe kya pata merko lagane ko bola hai".

Doctors are inexperienced and rude. They are having free salary. I habe consulted in ENT department some chineese doctor is there ans she is so rude and inexperienced. SHE prescribed be wrong cream to be applied inside the ear. The cream was not meant to be applied inside. Dental department is so pathetic they use same instruments for all patients wothout even washing. Also in detal department x ray machine of teeth is not working. How will you diagnose the problem.
Both ENT and dental is bad.
Only ortho and maternity department is good.

Irresponsible doctors and hospital staffs. (a baby fall down in front of all near gynaecology department they can see clearly bleeding but they all can say go to this department to child care and child care department says go to E&Tadepartmen and E &T department says go to child care and then finally child care department ask for go and make a emergency registration card then we can see the baby). Soo poor condition is this

Good govt hospital in Ashok vihar near pani tanki.staff behaviour is polite but not all the times.
There is a help line number if you have any issue you can call on that, they provide quick solution

3rd class hospital. No body care patient. Only single doctor is taking decisions and always she is in OT. Last 4 days we are waiting outside the OT and no body is passing message to her.

साफ सफाई के साथ स्टाफ की भी कमी है।
इमर्जेंसी के समय लोग 20-25 मिनट तक पर्चा बनवाने के लिए लाइन मे खड़े रहते है।
कंप्यूटर सिस्टम खराब बताते है। हाथ से लिख कर पर्चा बनाते है।
पीछे से स्टाफ के लोगो को पहले दिखाया जाता है।
और जिन लोगो की स्टाफ से जान पहचान नही है वो लोग घंटो घंटो तक खड़े रहते है, फिर चाहे प्रेग्नेंट महिला हो या फिर बेहोश हालत मे कोई व्यक्ति।

बहुत अच्छे लोग हैं वहां के सभी अधिकारी कर्मचारी बहुत प्यार से बात करते हैं डॉक्टर बहुत मददगार है मैं पहली बार गया था मुझे बहुत अच्छा महसूस हुआ हर चिज की सुविधा है

This was my first visit on a Sunday, was not expecting a clean interior devoid of bad smell usually associated with a state run medical facility.

Good hospital providing services in basic departments. AYUSH department services are also provided. Cleaning is maintained. Patient count is also high. Easily accessible via public transport.

Hospital is quite nice & staff behaviour is really good but one thing is bad that doctors doesn't come on time because to this many people have to wait for their turn and it becomes crowded area!

It is a government hospital and is very good hospital. There is only one problem that you have to wait here for long time as it is a government hospital

More Cleaning is require on OPD section Spiderman trap is their. In Wash room Cleaning your should clean it regularly.

It's a lenient hospital but some of the doctors in the opd department is quite rude enough need improvement in pharmacy department the line is always same as because of the speed of distribution emergency department have good docs but the staff don't care enough about the patient

Worst service. Staff members have no manners, they don't even know how to treat their patient, please teach them how to communicate. Emergency ward requires proper cleaning and mannered staff. It's a genuine request

Infrastructure and availability of beds -

This hospital is one of the best hospital by Delhi govt at free of cost. In April 2021 I got severe COVID symptoms and lack of oxygen level in my body. At that time, no OXYGEN bed was available in any hospital. But, This hospital has provided me bed as well as oxygen support and saved my life. There, I was on oxygen support for more than 10 days.

You may see many bad reviews for this hospital but it's the fact that if I am alive today then because of this hospital only.

Staffs -

Medical doctors and all other staffs are well trained except their wardboys (compounders) and some of the junior doctors. Some of them were extremely rude and careless.
When you get shifted to ward then everything is fine but in the emergency ward, it's like nightmare for patients. I saw many people dieing in front of my eyes thus, got extreme fear about my chance of survival that whether I would survive or not. However, I managed to survive due to some of kind and careful doctors and nurses.
(I was youngest patient that was getting oxygen support of that hospital at that time).

Food -

Food quality and taste provided by hospital is very impressive. They will provide morning tea with bread for veg and egg for non veg at around 8 AM then Snacks at 11 AM, Lunch at 12.30 PM and the quality and taste is fine just like home made food.

Overall, This is an amazing hospital. I must say that very nice work has been done by Delhi govt towards hospitals. If any one has been admitted there then he/she must noticed.
