The entire experience at this workshop was really great, the staff is really polite especially the people that I interacted with. Mr Sanjay and Mr Rajesh, and especially Ms. Meenakshi were really hospitable and helped me get my car in time as promised.

Great experience because of Advisor Mr. DEEPAK kumar at Deep Hundai Peeragarhi. My past experience was not good at this service centre. But this time all complaints were handled properly by Mr. Deepak.

Got my grand I10 serviced in the month of March But since then experiencing some noise. Came to workshop on 21 May but to my surprise waited for 30 mins but no staff attended. Finally had to go without the resolution.

It's over 12 yrs I have purchased hyundai santro from deep hyundai.it was a awesum journey for me.gr8 customer service every time very helpful staff understanding customer problem and making sure that the customer problems gets resolved asap.but every gud thing comes 2 a hault and starts making money.very disappointing.after repeated complaints my problem never got resolved.miss preeti attended me well

The people here were very helpful. Especially the customer relationship manager Ms Preeti. She managed a car part for me from a different branch of deep hyundai very quickly and was always very polite and helpful. The servicing done was good. However, beware, sometime emptied my petrol tank before delivering the car back to me. That was the only negative point.
