Sad experience, won’t recommend, service & staff poor rated, food ok not great. JW is better option.

The 3 times (separately) that I have stayed at the hotel I have had breakfast here, and it really is a very good place. The breakfast buffet is worth it, they have all kinds of foods (both Indian and Western). The staff really goes out of their way to serve you well. I recommend the eggs benedict, which are a little different but very good! I will definitely miss this place.

So i when reached restaurant, they were no starter at all.
And I was told starter would be served.and they serve only 6 starters (Inc of both 3 veg and 3 non-veg).

And they have poor type of dinner menu.

What a waste of Money!

Service was very slow went for buffee. Food was stale and tasteless.

Dry Pasta and Dry Corn Rice.

I visited Del for a buffet lunch but the options were very less for vegetarians. There were no starters and the food was cold. I ordered for breads the staff took too much time. The pasta on the live station was horrible. The only saving point was the desserts but I think 3500 buffet lunch for just desserts is too much. Better look for coupons, I took a one plus one buffet coupon so the pain was less.

Besides the food the ambience is good and peaceful. May be going for a coffee is a better option.

Great place to dine at. We had dinner here, booked through ezdiner.

I went to Del Restaurant Roseate House on 2nd Feb 2023 as it was mine and my best friend’s Birthday.
The quality of Non-Veg and Veg Snacks wasn’t upto the mark. Also, there were limited options available and furthermore the hospitality was pathetic. We took Buffet Dinner by Paying 3500 Rs / Per Person and none of the waiters have asked do you need anything. We have to call them to repeat the appetisers.
In the main course - Mutton wasn’t properly cooked even, it was very disheartening to get such a pathetic experience on our special day.
After paying hefty bill of 10k (for 3 members) we literally end up spoiling our special occasion. Will never recommend this restaurant to anyone!

I had been for a lunch to this Restaurant and after waiting for 30 minutes, I had to call a waiter to attend to us, even to serve a glass of water. The food served was cold and the service was pathetic, though not much crowd in the Restaurant. We paid and acknowledging their mistake the Restaurant gave us a box of 6 mini pastries which was nothing but pathetic. Regret having made a decision to go to such a Restaurant

We were here for a family celebration and I have not seen more pathetic service in my entire life in any hotel whatsoever.

1. Had reserved by calling way ahead, when I got there they had no reservation in my name

2. The food took 50 minutes to come

3. It was oily as hell

Avoid this place like the plague. I think they just cater to one timers who visit during layovers

The place is built extremely beautifully and is aesthetically pleasing. The roads are very neat and tidy.
You can visit Aerocity after or before your flight and sit around to work on your laptop or enjoy your meals or coffee. There is a sitting area which is pretty and outlets like Bikanerwala, Karim's, Subway, Keventers, Sagar Ratna etc are present around it. Also, many shopping centers are located here as well.

1 Word Bad chicken & mutton boiled to use in amritsari murg & lal mass orderd
Kabab ordered unlimited non veg kebabs again 2/3 the mutton seek appered to be either of low Quality or old
Spent 6,400 - was it worth
Answer No way have had better food in aerocity

Nice place to have breakfast and dinner. Mr Saket and Mr Rohit was very generous. Duty manager Mr Manas was very helpful. All over staff is very curtious helpful and cooperative. Good experience over all.

The best ever dal and kadhai paneer we ever had
I am frequent to Bukhara so comparing it higher is something tough

Service was amazing, every request was heard and completed without a fuss or delay

Nice hotel but avoid the lunch buffet (1+1) at all costs. Below average food for the exorbitant price. I’m not exaggerating, trust me. Service was meh and cold. Looks like they reduce the quality for buffets. The live station pasta was worse than what you get at weddings. Definitely seems like they use junior chefs in training for their 1+1 buffets.

Yesterday on 6th May 2022, had Buffet dinner at Del Restaurant at Roseate House for Parents marriage anniversary.
Amazing experience with wonderful spread of Buffet!
Good ambience with huge restaurant hall.
The best part was A1 service of the restaurant. The restaurant manager (Ali, if I remember the name correctly) with his team of other stewards were the best I have seen in likewise 5 star restaurant in NCR. More than anything else, they made our outing hugely memorable.
10/10 for the experience!

Del at Roseate house has always lived upto its name. Love coming here for their lavish Buffet Lunch. Exceptional food Quality, great hospitality and wide spread of food always brings us back for more. They even have live Sushi and Pasta counter. Mr. Ali, Vishal and Deepanshu made sure that our food experience was amazing. Undoubtedly the best Buffet in town! Keep up the good work

We have been to Del to celebrate mom’s birthday, ambience is pleasing to eyes and you got variety to satisfy your wishes, food is equally delicious, me and my family had a wonderful time there.

Slow service and the lack of customer attention sort of diminishes the experience that one might be looking for when visiting such a place.

Wow conversation with Ms. Sapna while reserving table. Full arrogant and seems doesnt want to provide proper info. Disconnected the call and when i called within a second she picked and said my phone was switched off. Osly didnt book due to this.

Yeah, i visited del at Roseate, aerocity yesterday for lunch buffet service which was charged to. 3500 (Inc. Of taxes).
I hoped I would get a great experience of 5star lunch.

Can you imagine? Even barbeque nation at Rs850 serve more then that!
And they have poor type of lunch menu also.
They are serving melted ice-creams in winter season in dessert!

All-Day-Dining Restaurant in Roseate House. Nice, Clean place. Contemporary design. Overlooking pool and open-roof courtyard. Serves limited range of Indian, European food items. Understandbly more skewed towards western breakfast menu. Service is excellent.

Visited this place with my partner and it was fantastic.
They have such a wide variety of food in their buffets.
We had lunch and breakfast buffet and we both enjoyed it alot.
Top picks would be -
Sushi,
Cottage cheese fried rice,
Cantonese chicken sauce,
Noodles,
If you are looking for North Indian options
Then go for dal makhani, Chicken curry with garlic naan.
Coming to desserts
There was so much to choose from,
I really liked banana muffins with coffee,
Tea cake topped with nutella,
Donuts, fresh cream with fruits and lots more.
The Breakfast buffet was also amazing.
I really liked sambhar vada, cheese omelette and pav bhaji.

The staff over here was so friendly and courteous.

Our experience was superb and would love to come back again.

What a food. I had the best cranberry muffin in DEL. DEL makes you relate to the fact that u are in national capital region and you deserve the best India has to offer.
I had a stay in Roseate House for a couple of days. You can say one of those who sleep on time to wake up in morning and have delicious breakfast. DEL offers range of juice, seasonings, desserts, breads, Indian food, fruits. You must try the omelette. Chef makes one of the best cheese omelette. Even if you are not staying in the roseate still try to visit DEL for a morning buffet.
They also serve BANANA tea cake, must try if you are in DEL.

Very good food. We had Dal makhni, Chicken curry and Malabar Prantha. Everything was amazing.
But the service was slow and after signing the bill to be settled in the morning during checkout the waiter came after an hour and woke us up and asked us to settle the bill there and then which was unprofessional.

Very unprofessional and untrained staff at Reception. Non Cooperative attitude by Welcoming Executive at DEL, had to talk to Chef to sort out the matter. Very slow order fo A la carte serving. Wont recommend any one as its not a 5 Star hptel as being claimed as most of the facilities are missing

Del is an all day dinning restaurant of roseate house hotel, it is a bistro concept base restaurant. Very nice ambiance, morning breakfast is was awesome here, buffet is very lavish and elaborated, food was testy, service by the f&b staff and every one to whom I have interact all were doing there job very happily and giving their prompt service to the guest.

Never expected such unprofessionalism from them. Had to reach out to servers for more than once to get our food. Had to wait for more than 15mins to get the breads. Wont recommend anyone to visit.
