We have been using their AC services for over 5-6 years now and they have been doing a good job in keeping our ACs in good condition. We recently asked them to move and re-install our split AC compressor onto the terrace and these guys did a fine job. They are responsive and have been able to fix all our AC related issues.

The co sent very inefficient people. They did service using jet spray as promised and managed to install the AC (2ton window ac) somehow, though. However, they came unprepared, they didn't bring anything to cover up the left over open space in the AC window, they expected me to have them arranged beforehand. Anyhow, I gave them a old ply, to do the job. But the finesse was very bad, they left enough space so that insects and like lizards would have open invitation to come n go freely - I did rest of the job to plug the holes. The main guy was so inefficient that he damaged at least 2-3 screws for every slot while fitting the AC casing, seemed he was doing for the first time. They didn't fit any plug top to the power cord as they didn't have one fitting the existing socket, I requested them to get one from the nearby electrical shop, however they refused, asked me to get it done myself. They kept the power cord dangling as they didn't have any wire clips. They didn't fit the outlet pipe as they were not carrying any and refused. While I had booked, I was said that all additional things required during the installation would be charged, I was even ready to pay but unfortunately these folks had very little to offer.

I have done AC installation twice before, I didn't have to bother for anything- unfortunately the lost the guys contact# and had to contact Delhi Aircon. I had plan to install 2 AC units however, looking at their job quality I changed my plan to let these go after 1 installation.: - (
