Dr B. L Jain Experienced, corporative and also a good human being.professional staff. I also give 5 star for hygiene and maintenance of room and other services.

Dr BL Jain is a good human being and an excellant doctor who has always kept the patient first approach. I have gone for the health checkup of the parents for last five years and always guided well by the doctor for any of the problem parents facing.

Very poor experience when I visited for 2D echo in this hospital.they did echo on dedicated days of week.i reached there at around 1040 and I had first number for my test.diagnosis was supposed to start at 11 am.doctor came at around 1110 am.till then I had paid test amount.at 1115 I was asked to wear the gown after removing my formal clothes.and asked by a technician to lie on the diagnosis table in the gown and she stared the test.as this test was supposed to be done by a cardiologist.so I asked her about this.she told me that doctor would come soon as he was busy in opd.but even after waiting for one and half hour doctor did not turned up and during that time I was on diagnostic table in the simple diagnostic gown and no body was bothering about this.after my objection to such behaviour in a loud manner.doctor turned up and take hardly two minutes to generate the report as per the diagnosis done by the technician girl in hospital dress.
They told me that I would get my reports on WhatsApp number in evening after six o clock.but I did not get the reports on my WhatsApp number and when I calle them in the evening at 655 pm no body answered my call.
Next day in the morning at aroun 9 am l got a call from them ki sir aapne kal calll Kiya thha iss number se.then I asked about my reports status which I did not get on my WhatsApp number.then lady at other side told me that she had sent it on my watsapp number.when I asked her about the number she told me the wrong number.she told ki sir aapne form par yahi number bhara hai. I asked her to send me the copy of my form.and to my surprise.she sent me my report first on my actual watsapp number.then she sent me pic of my form with that wrong number on it.which was not in my hand writing.
They are careless people who has no value for the time of patient coming for diagnosis.it was my first and last visit to this hospital.and request others too not to visit this hospital

They are just making fool to patients I won't recommend to any one to go toh this hospital.really bad experience with service and people of this hospital.

Today I visited as I had taken an appointment with Dr. BL Jain for my niece. I was astonished to see such cleanliness and eye-catching arrangement of the hospital.

Dr B. L jain provided nice care and courtesy by all staff - Nursing, cleaning and Security, Reception and Billing and Floor manager extended kind courtesies and necessary help at point of need

Dr. B. L. Jain is really cooperative, and polite and tells you everything about the patient. The hospital staff is supportive but a little bit of latency is there while asking for things and that is also due to limited staffing. Else everything is good. The billing department is very good.

Dr. B. L Jain was my doctor n very experienced n nice.he explained the problem n cure so nicely it helped me to take the correct steps.

I was really concerned due to my mom-in-law's health but he helped us throughout to understand the problem and find out the medical solution.

One of the most cooperative staff and fully informative. ICU staffs were very humble and ready to provide the information as many times I asked. Cleanness and hygiene which is vital for an hospital is on its best.

Our grandmother had pneumonia which we didn’t knew initially and wee were really scared of her sudden breathlessness and took her to him.
He made it more serious and call it a severe heart attack which never happened. He spoiled everything and it lead to her demise. He killed her.

I have been visiting this hospital for one year. I have seriuous heart ailment and have heart sergery. Other hospital don't give time drjain is very polite and human. He treat me with Care and I am improving. Best hospital and great doctors.
