I don't usually write reviews but, They are scammers they wont even pick up your call one you have paid them in full.earlier before they get the payment they will answer your calls and the queries you have but after making the payment they wont even receive your call also they wont respond to your messages on WhatsApp even after seeing the messages
i paid this women without any delay paid extra fees for submitting my file through them to the gazette office
but now after almost 3 months i don't even know the status of my submitted file as i live in Maharashtra i cant personally visit the gazette office and this firm "Delhi name change" wont pick up my call

she asked me to call every Saturday to know if my name change gazette is published or not but when i call them they wont answer my call and when i call from a new number it doesn't take 5 sec for them to answer the call

Stay Away from this company you will have no status update of your file. I don't even know if my file is even Submitted or not (maybe trusting them and paying as soon as they asked me was my mistake)

A real business should always tell the status update to the customer.answering a call or replying to a message to at least check the gazette has been published or not wont take any longer than 2 min

I have also attached WhatsApp screenshots to show the proof of how responsive they are after the payment is done.

They are scammers asked me money from upi and then when i paid full amount they never answered my call and whatsapp SCAMMERS
