Poor patient service I went to get my eye check up on 14th April, 2022 and I was given a spects number but I was irritated for last 14 days today I again went to see Dr Neera again due to persistent blurred vision I came to know that one of there employee Mr. Ashish did the wrong eye check up due to which I was having problem in my vision.

I told Dr Neera that I have spent almost 2500 to 3000 rs to change the glasses of my spects. To my surprise she gave a wonderful response you should not get glasses change in all the spects all together and hum kya krskte ha daant lga di ha ap apna consultation fees wapas Lelo. Seriously doctor of such reputation and response was so incautious.

I almost driver 60 kms in a day and i was like what has happened to my eyes.

Didn't expect this type of service from your hospital mam.

One more point for the attention that she wrote a medicine called comforiz which is not available at local medical store.

Myself Vishal Sharma, Age 39 years, Manager (Env) at NHPC Limited. I had -6.5 spectacle no in both of my eyes and I was wearing spectacles for the past 25 years (before Aug 2012). I got my thin layer lasik of both the eyes conducted at Neera Eye Centre by Dr Neera Aggarwal in August, 2012. After passing almost 5 years, my vision is absolutely perfect and 6/6.
I feel no side effect of post operative procedure. I am driving in the night and seeing absolutely no problem.
In February, 2017, I got my eye check up at Luxmi Eye Centre at Kullu by Dr Ravi N. Matani, and he told me that lasik procedure done in my eyes is quite perfect.
