Waking up at 6 in the morning and attending the Surya Kriya program at the Delhi School of Yoga was an amazing experience. The teachers and the place both made the experience of learning such a complicated practice very smooth and pleasant. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to learn practices from them!

The studio space has a very positive energy and the ambience inside the room and the ambience just outside the room is very different. Deepti akka is very good teacher the instructions provided by her were crystal clear.

I really had a very peaceful experience at the home studio the vibes were so pure wanted to be in the presence of bhairavi devi and akka welcomed me with big smile and the way she teaches is so understandable ️ takes care of little little things the way she smiles makes her look even more beautiful I feel so lucky that I was finally in the presence of devi and got initiated into the bhuta shudhi process front of her and afcourse sadhguru is always with us ️ thanku so much akka for initiating me in the process with your complete devition and also thanku for letting me offer the flower to the devi ️

Mr. Dharmitra is a very thoughtful isha hata yoga teacher who puts a lot of thought & efforts to make one understand yoga practices. His way of teaching is engaging, useful, and he is very patient with his students & always encouraging his students to try. I would highly recommend him to anyone interested in learning Angamardana.:)

I was eagerly waiting to learn Hatha yoga and I got the opportunity to learn surya kriya and bhuta shuddhi from Dharmitra sir. It's been a phenomenal experience and he's a phenomenal teacher and very patient in resolving queries

Learned yogasanas and angamardana, the depth and patience by which it was taught was commendable. It is difficult to grasp such subtleties in such an intense program but dharmitra ji's approach will not let you be oblivious to any detail. Great experience.

The moment I walked into the Delhi School of Yoga studio in Dwarka, I was struck by the ambience of the place. It has been optimally setup for yoga practice - quiet and aesthetic with positive vibes. I took the Isha Surya Kriya course and have reaped many benefits within a span of a few weeks. My back issues are resolved and my mind is more alert. Finding it easier to be disciplined about my diet as well. Mr. Dharmitra is a great instructor - gives clear instructions, points out adjustments needed, friendly and accessible. Namaskaram…after completing Surya kriya I really wanted to do Angamardana. I got in touch with Deepti from DSY for the same. The space and the programme were totally transformatory for me. The minute I walked into the room for the class I could feel the vibrant pulsating energy of the space. I thought I would be exhausted after the sessions but was totally refreshed and full of energy.
