Delhi Shahdara Junction

This is a very busy area. Sometimes the train here also comes late.
There is a lot of food and drink available at the station. Like junk food, water, cold drinks, oily food etc.

One of the oldest stations in Delhi. This station has five platforms and the nearest metro station is about 100m apart from it.

स्टेशन के बाहर टिकट काउंटर के आस पास साफ़ सफ़ाई ठीक है प्लेटफार्म पर भी ठीक है रेलवे स्टाफ टिकट देने में काफ़ी टाइम लगा देते है जिस कारण लंबी लाइन लग जाती है सीनियर सिटीजन और लेडीज के लिये कोई अलग लाइन नहीं सब एक ही लाइन में लगे होते है क्योंकि एक या दो ही टिकट खिड़की खुलती है ऑटोमैटिक टिकट मशीन चलती ही नहीं है एक चलती है तो उसको चलाने वाला कोई रेलवे का कर्मचारी नहीं है जिस कारण लोगो को लंबी लाइन में इंतज़ार करना पड़ता है

The cleanliness of the station is not good at all, the toilet is not there, it is dirty, the water tap is broken, that means it did not look good at all.

Not too much cleaning in this station and also not updated as a 21th century station no LED screen for showing train coaches position and also screen for showing train timings

As we know that is a junction so It has all things which a platform should have like cleab platform, railway wifi, and shops.

Much better than before, best point is delhi metro direct line to ghaziabad, passenger can get suitable trains from gzb junction.

Delhi shahdara jn.isa biger and cleaner than other stations.here many fasilities for the passengers so, I like this place.

Metro available near this railway station and you can take long route trains from this station Haridwar, Jammu, sharanpur etc

Ample of parking space Low Rush Very close to metro station. One Bad thing Most of the time Lift service at Plateform remains off. Very difficult for elderly persons and disabled persons.

दिल्ली शाहदरा स्टेशन नई दिल्ली से पहले का स्टेशन है स्टेशन लगभग एक्सप्रेस रेलगाड़ी भी रुक कर चलती है ओर इस स्टेशन के कर्मचारी भी बहू थी और किस स्टेशन पर के बराबर में मेट्रो स्टेशन मेट्रो रेल का स्टेशन भी है वहां के कर्मचारी भी बहुत अच्छे हैं और पूरी लगन से यात्रियों की सहायता करते हैं दिल्ली शाहदरा स्टेशन के बाहर परिवहन के लिए टेंपो मिनी मेट्रो रिक्शा आदि भी उपलब्ध है

This shadra station is in delhi and i live in shastri park, so i use this station when ever i go my hometown via train. This station lacks hygiene and mineral water machine. Also its avm machine for ticketing system dont work. And this station has too much rush and crowded.

OMG crowd. All trains stopped here! And now its changed by my point of view yes i am talking about last time i have seen too many garbage, polythene, and other materials was dropped there but right now no garbage polythene. Awesome changes keep it up railway management you are doing grt work.

The name ‘Shahdara’ is an Urdu word that means ‘Door of Kings’ that was derived from the fact that this region is one of the oldest settlements in Delhi.

The place is congested nearby. Famous Chhota Bazar is here so always crowded and dirty. Delhi metro and Railway counter are juxtaposed.

As everyone knows it's very crowded and it's major railway station in East Delhi. If you want to go in East Delhi like Loni, zafrabad, yamuna vihar, Seelampur, lakshmi nagar, shahdara, so you should land on shahdara railway station.

Effort of government to keep clean this place is working now with increased cleanliness. But public support is also necessary.

One of the worst railway station of Delhi with no cleanliness. Please avoid if you can and take the train from old Delhi or Ghaziabad instead.

Always dirty. The man who gives ticket is bad. He always drunk and not provide right info. Ticketing machine is also malfunctioned.

Nice railway station having 4 platforms my personal favourite is platform 1 because there is negligible yes and it is very clean and hygiene and there is a also police chowki inside it and also Water Tab and having toilet room and 6-7 fans which written rotating every time in a day but if you want to eat food then you must go to platform number 3 and the tickets are available near platform number 1 it is very important station because through the platform number three there is a bypass which comes out for a metro station Delhi Shahdara so there is a huge rush on platform number 3 especially at morning and evening so you should if you want to keep rest then I must recommend true you should go on platform number 1

यहाँ पर शाम को 5 बजे के बाद बहुत भीड़ बहुत रहती है

स्वचालित सीढ़ियां प्लेट फॉर्म पर अभी नहीं लग पायी है काम चल रहा है
टिकट वेंडिंग मशीन लगी है लेकिन कभी काम करती और कभी काम नहीं करती है
हर प्लेटफॉर्म पर वाटर बेन्डिंग मशीन लगी हुई है
स्टेशन के बहार आते ही रेड लाइन का शाहदरा मेट्रो स्टेशन है
