Delhi Sound Store

Went there for ghoongru repair. Nice people, good response. Also provided stand by ghoongru till mine are repaired.

My first time experience with these guys was fabulous. Delivered some cables i needed, hassle free and quickly within a few hours. If you're from Delhi, i suggest you to check them out.

Best place for musical instruments

All other shops especially in lajpath nagar are dishonest

This place is a home to almost all kinds of musical instruments. I personally like this place for the guitars. They have a massive variety of acoustic and bass guitars. And yeah they sell as well as fix musical instruments. So of you wanna get your instrument fixed you can visit this place. Overall polite behaviour and good service is provided.

I'm from Udaipur and looking to repair my processor i have visited the DSS the owner was good but it's too expensive for repairing your guitar or accessories but the store was great they have great deals on the instruments must visit if you are looking for instruments

There are a few dishonest people at this place. Only suggestion would be to to double check the quality amd price of items from some other shops before proceeding to buy from here.
I had to buy something so i called them to know the price. I then decided to get the product from that shop via Dunzo. They raised the price by 40Rs when the Dunzo delivery person reached there. I had to call them back and tell them that i had already enquired about the price. They reduced the price back to what they said but this is completely unethical.
Edit: response to Owner's reply: Dude, you are charging different price for same product from different people. If that isn't dishonesty, what is?

I've been a customer since 2015 and have purchased all my pro audio gear from DSS. If it is about the price match or the service I've got the best deals and my equipments fixed on time. I would highly recommend to all music producers/mix engineers like me as we struggle a lot while buying new gear for our studio at reasonable prices. I'm pretty sure you'll get the best valuable deals for your pro audio (better than online prices).

I have been buying all my music stuffs (guitar, ukulele, sound box amp etc) from DSS, since past 3yrs, initially they were cool, but later they arent so.i know the shop and all the workers personally.they are only nice to new customers.i am a Doctor-cum-musician.i dont flont that but they should be nice to all their customers across sex/race/age/profession.i still go and buy my stuffs from DSS, only bcoz its at Aiims proximity

A1 genuine services, I visited once for guitar repair and that was minor problem so they didn't charged for that.

The guy knows his stuff. All you need is someone who can explain and help him visualise the project - he will get this done.

The owner is very knowledgeable and really helpful in finding the right equipment for your need.

Good patient staff, i had a lot of questions and they attended to me patiently. Also matched the price that i was getting online for the acoustic guitar that i wanted to purchase. Could have had a larger collection of guitars and that's the only reason I've given them 4 stars.

Decent place for music needs, owner is aware of the assets he is holding, himself trained pianist. Price seems genuine, bargaining is minimal, products are good and branded. I got decent deal for Fender CD 60 S guitar. Nice ambience of shop. Recommended.

This store is partner with Pro Musicals Chennai, which started the audio equipment market in India. They have everything on demand.

One place for all your needs related to sound and video recording. Music instruments are also available. The store is very customer friendly.

No parking space, and the shop is little inside the lane, so not easy to find. Paid parking in the near market is available.

Prices are high, varieties are less. Staff is not very friendly.

Edit: I am a regular customer and I would like to say that owner is very friendly to me, but now when I went there I found out the store has shifted from basement to ground floor. I came here for regular string replacement but owner was not present at that time. The staff overcharged me for the strings and when I insisted about quality and price their behaviour was not very friendly.

AudioThis is my favourite place to buy any audio related equipments. Deepit is a great guy who is very knowledgeable about almost any professional sound equipment both for music consumption and for music production.so if you are lost and need advice, you should go here and ask him for help.and if youre like me and want exotic audio equipment you should ask him whether he cab arrange it for you.
