Same old govt office. But new is still in 2022 people work in old sarkari style, lethargic, no motivation just time pass.

Total scam, they will act like they are helping you and the whole thing is so well orchestrated. “No trains on the day and no point in staying in Delhi cause it’s a public holiday and everything is closed” Then offered us a taxi for 16,000. Don’t believe them. You can buy train tickets at the train station. Just tuk tuk straight back.

This is a very big scam.they try to loot you by being nice and polite to help you but they are wolves and said no train available for next 10 days and all full.and offered flight which was 7-8 times costlier than normal price in market.shame on you delhi tourism.shame

SCAM! Avoid them, they are tyring to push you into paying for an overpriced Private driver and lie to you about no railway Tickets being available.

Just avoid any DTTDC in Delhi if you don’t want to get robbed by their good intention in helping you

It's a Delhi government department. Staffs of the organisation are good. Responsive and soft spoken.nearest metro station is Moolchand and Lajath Nagar metro station. Please like and share
