DELHI Travel Service (DTS CAB) - Best Taxi Service provider in Delhi, Dehradun, Jaipur, Agra, Chandigarh and all india.

The staff of DTS is very rude. I had a good experience in the past when i had booked the cab driver Vipin was very polite guy. But this time when i called them for booking the staff was rude and when i asked how much time will it take to confirm if the vehicle is available he said book somewhere else and disconnected the call. So no more booking from DTS in coming future.

Worst service ever, cabs are always late, not clean, drivers are not professional. I would not recommend not to use this service

Very poor service. They cancel the booking at the last moment on their own.very unreliable.pls be very careful.i have booked for out station.contacted them one week in advance. They told that it will be confirmed so not to worry.and see the irony, 14 hrs before the actual travel date, they cancelled the booking.

Cab arrived on time but Car is full with Mosquitos, NO Music, Ac is not working fine. Dirty Cab. Driver charged extra Toll Taxes & State Taxes as compared to another cab provider. Cab number is of UP whereas he had charged UP TAX as well as Uttrakhand state Taxes also.

I have utilized their services twice and very happy with it. They have given complete information and the prices are fair and available in their website. The drivers and coordinators are very helpful.

I have used their cab service twice for outstation travel. The drivers are professional, and the charges are fair & are clearly mentioned on their website. As they have CNG cabs, so please consider booking a cab, based on your luggage, as the boot will be occupied already.

Worst experience ever. We booked cab service way in advance. But on the day of our trip they didn't turn up. We called them multiple times and whenever we called they said its on the way reaching in half an hour. We had already checked out of our hotel and had to wait for 6 hrs. Finally I had to ask them to pay back the advance which I had paid. And I booked a cab from other travel service.

I am from kolkata and go to delhi at the end of every month and take cab from dts my experience is best i go on round trip with them so cab always arrive at new delhi railway station on time driver behavior also very good.

The lady at Customer desk is very Rude, arrogant and unprofessional. PLEASE avoid using dts cab services. If you booked Innova you'll get ertiga and if you booked eritga you'll get sedan. They're fraudster. They will take advance from you and still you won't get the cab of your requirement.

Worst experience ever since I've been travelling.
Driver Sompal is worst driver. He took 500 rs from me and never returned. Cab number DL1ZB9404. He also charged for 300 km Kotdwar to Delhi distance is only 235 km.

The service was adorable. I must say they provide cabs in spick and span condition and the driver (Murali pandey) was awesome with great driving skill and friendly in nature.ll surely going to book the services from DTS.

Very well behaved driver Mr. Dinesh Sharma. We had a comfortable travel even through blocked routes around Tikri border.
DTS cabs team guided well and cooperated brilliantly.

They will reschedule the tax again & again in mid night, next morning you have to take follow up from them for the taxi.

Service is very poor. Booked cab from Nainital to Delhi at 1430hrs but its 1700hrs my cab is not arrive yet.talked to customer care.persons sitting in Customer service centre don’t even know how to talk with customer.totally unprofessional.worst experience.highly not recommend.don’t even deserve 1 star.

We booked their cab from Delhi to rewari and within 1km their cab was out of CNG and petrol. We had to wait half n hr inside the cab with no ac and then10mins under the harsh sun. How stupid can a taxi driver be who forgets to refill before such a long journey.
Plus they can't even issue a proper bill. That also after calling them and reminding them around four to five times. Pathetic helpline service.
So if you want to experience hell on your next trip please book your ride with them; You surely won't be disappointed!

It's a very good taxi provider in Delhi NCR. Taxi was very clean and well maintain and driver treat us as family member.

I have booked a cab from agra to delhi. And they had sent us a uber swift for which speed is fixed to 80 km. On 4 lane road he just drove at 80. We tried to contact them and but they never gave us an alternative. Very disappointing services, because of the cab we almost missed our flight. The driver is soo disgusting he said that we cant reach on cab and left us at metro station at botanical garden and took the whole amount shamelessly and also never reminded of advance money, because of flight we couldnt deal with him there. Worst service i ever had. Never book outststion cabs in this service.

Forgot the advance booking amount as done by others and driver took the entire money never once reminded that advance is already there sincr then not taking calls this when we went out of our way to accimaccomm bad cab detour s and offering meals and acommodationa to him.hright of dishonesty
