The service provided was exceptionally poor, with representatives displaying impatience, abruptly ending calls instead of addressing queries.

Nothing but waste service. Am going to give police complaint against your agency in Mundi town khandwa district.

I would not give even 1 star to this delivery company. First I was unavailable to take order so the delivery agent called me and asked for an otp and canceled my order. After a week of tracking it they got it back for me. The delivery agent again came on the day when I was not available at home without calling me and promised me to come the next day but it was a Sunday so he didn’t come. Very bad delivery agents. They again updated the delivery status but did not make the Said delivery. Nobody to talk to or hear the complaint. What to do I don’t understand. It’s been a month I have ordered something which a COD order and have not received it.

They Marked my product dilivered without diliverying that is why i had to visit and get my product

Really bad experience. 1st they disconnected my call. And when I called again some girl picked the call and not even ready to listen my query. Really bad behaviour. Didn't expected this from a delhivery. Service is so bad. Will never use this courier service again.

Neither they answer the multiple calls and msgs, nor they provide the tracking id even after doing the EXPRESS delivery payment, very unprofessional service and rude staff including the owner named Sachin.
Do not visit this branch of Delhivery please.

Such a unprofessional ppl.ther courier boys charges extra from people and they support them.
Really disgusting.

Never use there service the dont answer the call and the pickup and delivery is very late. 0 stars. Pathetic service
