Delivered my package to someone else withot any call/otp and I cant contact anyone as stupid delhiver customer care is trash

AWB: 19575810000011, I have deposited Rs. 500/- for the first order. It's since a long time pickup is not done. The order is from Amazon and timely delivery matters a lot for us. Might be your staff is so much busy, we are not in priorities. And hence your staff told us to deliver our parcel at his prefered location for my parcel delivery. Kindly refund Rs. 500/- I don't want to work with your company who don't know how to welcome new customers.

Pathetic service. One month old order rescheduled on their own and never delivered. Second order shows delivered on their App but not delivered

My experience is not good they can't deliver my item instead i hv to go to there place and picked.

The worst courier service ever.they cancel the delivery on their own and blames on customer that they have refused to take the parcel.

Worst company. Everytime we are facing delivery issues and their customer service is really bad.

Fake scan all the time delivery boy don't go for delivery as well as they don't even call.

The delivery boy is not even came to the doorstep like they promise, he himself updated that I was not available for the three consecutive days. There is no way to contact them. Pathetic!

I want to give zero rating for their unprofessional and untoward service to customers. The delivery or pick up agent is not ready to do work instead fed with unrelated reply on customers' behalf and not responding calls.

Very unprofessional service.zero customer support.no communication between customer and them.feels like they are doing a charity work for us.very much disappointed

I've been waiting for my parcel but its been 13 days now still did not get it. Neither they are delivering my product nor they are responding to my mails. And the worst part is that they themselves know that they have have a worst service ever that's y they don't have any direct contact number.

I guess these folks just dont care. Urgent item stuck there for 7 days with no way to get in touch and no response. Please use other services.

Worst service ever. They cant deliver the product inside delhi ever after two day.
They should consider changing their management as they are not serious about customer relations.
Amazon should consider switching to ekart which is far much better, on time and good with customers.

WHY ISN'T AN OPTION OF NO STAR.these people, they don't deserve a star. "BAD" is far better than what they actually deserve. Rather they shouldn't be allowed to serve people and torture, so pathetic they are. Delay, Damage, procrastination and no calls answered are very common things that you gonna encounter once you are entrapped with this courier service.

Very bad delivery service. They takes 3 days time to deliver a parcel just 3 kms away from their office.

No way to contact my delivery guy nor is there any number available for customer support. I have no idea when my package will arrive. Very unprofessional services. Really bad experience.

Please avoid using this courier service at any cost, they have misplaced my parcel. They don't respond, or have a valid phone number, their service quality is below standards. Its shame to have to experience this level of unprofessional and disorganised service. I please request you to not use this service.

My parcel was picked up to never be delivered or found, no effort made to locate the parcel either. No response from the customer service.

Delhivery service is very bad. No one has called me and was trying to reach the delivery guy number, but he was not picking the call. Not expected this type of service from the Delhivery. Was called him more than 10 times, he is telling to come to his office to pick the courier. Pls don't give your couriers to this office or delhivery pls recurite the people who will speak good with people.
