Had a very worst experience with them especially the guy on the 2nd floor don’t know the name but his behaviour is very rude. Just got laptop service done 3 days back nd the problem of fan noise start again nd when we approach him again he said I can’t fix that now.
Bought dell g15 gaming laptop. The sale service was awesome. I dont have a single doubt for dell service and their staff. Especially their staff member sandeep sir was really genuine. Worst experience please do check all the thing of product they promise and deliver very sweet information and after that even don't listen the issue. I purchased one system from them in Feb'23 and with in 2 or 3 days start facing troubles sometime system got chocked and fan start for continues 5 to 6 hours and making noise. Trouble in software.

I meet Mr. Sandeep there at the store. He explained things really well. Got a new laptop from there. I came all over from NE Delhi just to buy a laptop. The reason was the price and all other offers were available to be availed. Behaviour was really good. Must go to place if you are planning to buy a new laptop!
They give the bad service, i went there for my laptop screen or wire and they gave me a date to come over my home to do the repairs, then they changed the date again and again and then stopped picking up the call, totally hated this kind of behaviour

Very bad experience. Actually there was a problem in my hard disk, they replace it and my laptop was working fine now. But next day I found that, my laptop has some cracks. When I asked them how these cracks come in my laptop, they said they were already there. But after some arguments, they said because my laptop was old, these cracks can come during repairment. Was this reasoning sufficient? Why don't you accept that, because of your mismanagement these cracks come and they also claim that their store is authentic. Authentic? They also claim that we keep only original parts, don't purchase it online or from some other store. But who knows, whether your parts are original or not. Instead, you can get the same parts online on very reasonable rate. Be aware of these type of fraudsters. Please check your laptop for any hardware problems after repairment.
Worst experience. The staff is very arrogant like if they are govt officers. They just want to grab money from customers. Never ever go there they are cheating. They don't deserve even one star.
This place is worst for buying laptops. There is a employ sudhir sahu. He dont even have the etiquette how to talk with a customer. He hangs up his phone if there is any quire. Dell store near laxminagar metro station is way more better than this.
They don't know how to talk with customer They are talking very rudely to their customers I just had called them to ask for price when I said the same model is available at less price on Amazon and Flipkart he started talking very rudely to me And told me not to buy from his store. And when I said that I will complaint against him He starting abusing me
I visited 3-4 times and everytime they told me slightly different price, although on the opposite of the road when I asked the same laptop price form other retailers the difference was about 7500.so, I suggest enquire about the price from other places before visit here.or try to find some other place where staff is more supportive and honest.
The staff doesn't know their own laptop features. They search it online in front of me. Seriously the worst one cam get. They even badmouth other brand (asus, msi) when i tell them they are selling same speccificaspec at lower prices. Worst ever never to buy dell laptop in future. If you want to buy a gaming laptop then never go with g7. Worst.
Staff is not good they don't knw how to talk customer स्टाफ को बात करने की तमीज़ नहीं है उन्होंने पहले मुझे पहले कॉन्फ़िगरेशन पूछने की बजाए मेरा बजट पूछा जब मैंने 50000 बोला तो हसने लगे और बोला इतने में तो i3 ही आता है और बोला कि आप जानते ही क्या हैं कंपूटर के बारे में ये इनकी तमीज़ थी
Few models r available, prices r higher than multi brand outlets. No proper guidance is offered. My experience was just ok. Its wiser to buy online, where u can chk the latest models available and no one will fool you into buying an obsolete model.
These people are complete crooks! The main guy at the store told me that they fix out-of-warranty laptops at the store. I gave him my laptop to get it fixed even after the overpriced charges he asked for. Three days later, he told me that it would not be fixed at all. (Dell engineers were not able to fix this laptop which had a minor fault in the motherboard and was at fault for the time in life!). Later i got my laptop fixed from Nehru place service center and found the screen was replaced with a faulty screen with a pink and blue tint all over. I never imagined there are crooks like this working at dell stores. I will make sure to complaint to DELL about it, as i realized this now.
Beware of this store and the people working in it.
