Dell Exclusive Store - Shanker Road

I recently purchased two laptops from the same store, staff members of this shankar road store were really good, I like their behavior, infact they give the best service to their customers, I would highly recommend this dell store and no doubt performance of the laptop is amazing.thanks Divyansh (Prem) ji and Inderjeet ji for being so cooperative.

Had purchased an Alienware m15 R7 from the showroom. The customer service was good and they had attended all our queries and provided the best response and best rates for the model. Highly Recommend.

Bought a laptop from here almost a year ago. Poor after sales service after they sold an already defective laptop to me. Even after a year of constant complaints, they are refusing to replace the laptop and are completely unable to repair it after several attempts by their “engineers“. The laptop doesn’t even starts properly and stays stuck in the loop of on and off for hours! Even after successfully starting, it will terminate all processes and shut down randomly.

NEVER BUY DELL.

They not only answered all my queries related to the purchase of my dell laptop but also helped me choose the perfect configuration thats value for money for me. I strongly recommend visiting the store if you are planning to buy a dell machine too.

I purchased new Dell G15. It was so good looking. I purchased it from Dell exclusive store Shankar road, Old Rajendra Nagar. As a customer my experience for visiting was Very good. Shashank bhai ji is so humble and he told each and every point about the laptop selection. After i bought the laptop he take all the responsibility. And taught everything about laptop.

This store is small, on a busy road, but the staff is v helpful n give u correct advice. I especially Mr Shashank. I made the payment through credit card n somehow it did not reflect in the DELL system.i got a call from dell saying that money had not been credited and to make a repayment. Mr Shashank advised me to wait n not to make payment again. Sure enough, the payment got credited n the laptop arrived 10 days early.
Buying from the store also gives u software support first hand n u don't have to go through a dell call centre, which can take lot of time.
Buy from a store n preferably this store. Tks again

मैंने DELL VOSTRO 3501 लिया 20 FEB 2021 को जिसकी वारंटी 17 जनवरी से स्टार्ट हो चुकी थी. बॉक्स की सील में फर्जीवाड़ा था. USED LAPTOP BOX में रखकर फर्जी सील कर देते हैं. मुझे वारंटी मिली 11 महीने से भी कम

Please don't visit this store. Like i had to sign in from my own account on my dell laptop since the situation was pretty bad as I didn't know how to do it, I contacted them and told them the problem. Later when they signed in from my account the situation got worse. I couldn't open the downloads section in file explorer. Please please don't go to this dell exclusive store. They don't a thing on how to solve problems with their own laptops.

Kamal and Vinay are the best salespersons. Their dealing was amazing. I bought at least 3 laptops from them within the last 3 months. I never had gone empty-handed from this shop. Thank Kamal and Vinay, I will do all the purchases from you in future. Recommended.

These people are literally giving fake products to the customers. I had been a victim of Rs. 55000 fraud. They had provided me a defective model.
These people are cheaters.

I gave my laptop 7 months before for changing the charging port, they changed it and it was working but i was not aware that time of collecting to check the other parts were there, recently while checking my graphic card has been removed and now iam at my hometown so i couldnt able to go there so be careful

I purchased a dell laptop yesterday and it was worth purchasing. Not only the item is good but the staffs there were so helpful during the purchasing process. They accordingly told about each and every feature and were very helpful. I highly recommend to purchase from this shop.

So Went to the store today.
The seller is more interested in pushing SSD sales on the old laptops to make it more efficient.
When questioned why the rates of SSD are different.he says that the RPM are different.what a joke.
So much for Exclusive Dell store!

It was good but no EMI options available and very limited laptops available prices are almost same as online no extra discount

The dealer was so cordial and friendly. Considered my requirements and offered me a fair price.

All new varieties of laptop available here.
Suppose if u want any particular Dell laptop they will get for u.
Good one for buying laptops.
But if it is out of warranty then service centre is not good.

Customer handling could have been better. Have good ample amount of Range available in Laptops.
