As a bonus, he even gifted me with a mouse and keyboard to go along with my purchase. I was very impressed with the customer service I received and would highly recommend this salesperson to anyone considering a Dell purchase.

Worst service. Don't buy Dell product they will not provide service if product is defective.

We go there for extent the warranty of laptop. He gives a bank a/c detail and said pay ₹4000 and get 2 yr warranty for software and hardware both. Only Bank account number is there. I asked if i paay then how i get invoice and other warranty paper. He said they will contact us directly. But how? It's a true a fraud, Dell company should take action against them.
