Writing this review standing in the queue for admission of my relative from more than 2 hours. There is only one person to take care of admission process in such big hospital. Pathetic admission procedure. Maybe Doctors are good. But I am really shocked to see such poor management processes. Help desks Counters are empty…. No system…. Even there are patients waiting since 6-7 hours just to get admission clarity.
BL kapoor has a team of all good renowned doctors especially Dr Bhushan Nariani and also all the staff are very co-operative as they know how to treat the patient admitted in the hospital and their attendants while serving food. My mother was admitted in Room No- 6630 and Dietician Ankita took so much care of her food as she was having mouth ulcers & she served her non spicy food. Thank you so much Dietician Ankita for taking so much care of her.
Dr not supportive if you are suffering with chronic disease not supported even management have only concern to make money this a foundation registered not for social work only business making model after surgery Dr deny treatment and not provide beds if the treatment required supportive care employees always say apko to maza Ata hai hospital main admit hone main even Dr say same thing
Third class faculty. After payments approval they don't care about Pateint. Poor management and 5 star canteen charge. Aims and Ganga ram is far better from this. Don't gave room to pateint after surgery. Sarkari hospital se bi buta haal hai yaha
I faced bad experience with jetender madan due to his negligence for two hours while he can correct in seconds but he don't While there is person mr sanjeet and jayant cooperted me very well where I need, thanks these two persons as well as Dr Harmeet Singh Kapoor who instantly solved my problem
Third class in world. Money minded doctors. Dr ishwar vohra is the worst orthopedic surgeon we have ever met. My father's surgery went entirely wrong and this doctor is inhuman.never visit this hospital
Although the infrastructure of the hospital is good the coordination and services for patients is still lacking leading to long delays and arguments if patients with hospital staff.

Ihave visited today blk max hospital to consultatant with Dr Ramalingam ent department very support staff here is very helpful specially Ms manju and Ratna ground floor of housekeeping department they helped me alot and other patients as well. Very kind person thank you guys
Worse hospital in Delhi. केवल पैसों को अहमियत देते हैं मरीज को सही करने के बजाए और बीमार कर देते हैं और ना ही उन पर कोई ध्यान दिया जाता और वह रूल रेगुलेशन के नाम पर टॉर्चर करते हैं
I went to Emergency department and without my consent they took blood test which were very exorbitant. I went there for the treatment of my husband and he was advised to be admitted in Cardiology unit for supervision which was not intimated to me nor explained to me before receiving money from me. Later they revealed that the attendant will not accompany patient in that department. For the same neither me nor my husband were agreed. We denied for the same and requested for the refund as we don’t want to go for this admission process. At the time when they released me I asked for the FNF which they said that it will be intimated to me via What’s app. And they informed me at that point of time that they took test for the entire amount which I deposited. They make fool out of the patient. Pathetic services. Total waste of time. Non cooperative behaviour. Money minded people.
The biggest vaccination center has vaccinated someone who is not showing in the database, that person is me! I got my vaccination on May 08th 2021. AND I DO NOT HAVE MY CERTIFICATE, have made 40 calls to them and no one helps. This is the state of affairs.
Great medical team.but pathetic admin staff.my bill copy and bill sent to insurance from the BLK staff shows huge discrepancies.they harass customers and exorbitantly overcharge for everything.tests they didn't do, medications they didn't give, consumables they didn't use, also they tripled amount of PPE kits used. My bill showed 13 days of PPE kits and insurance bill showed 39 days of PPE kits.and then harass you in the billing process.horrible experience with the admin.the manager on duty show themselves as if they're doing a big favour on us by just doing their duty.the manager agreed there is a billing mistake but what next? If you want to take patient home, pay the full bill.otherwise keep rotting there. I dont recommend this hospital at all.
Today on 16 04 2021, I registered for the covid vaccination on governments Aarogya Setu app. As per government rule everyone should have any one document e.g, Aadhar Card, Driving Licence, Pan card Passport, Pension Passbook, NPR Smart card and Voter ID Card. And opted B L Kapoor hospital for vaccination. Private hospital of the Delhi city. There the vaccination camp has been done in the basement of the car parking. Where there was a lot of heat and suffocation. But I ignore that. When I went BL Kapoor Hospital at the Cash Counter there are three member handled cash counter.there I showed my PAN Card but they told me that the Aadhaar Card is very mandatory, it is necessary and without the Aadhaar Card you cannot get a vaccine. On this I told Sonia one of B L Kapoor Hospitals staff, that you should speak on camera that without Aadhaar Card you will not have vaccination and it is very important to have Aadhaar Card! On which BL Kapoor’s staff Sonia get angry and tells me that I will not let your vaccination happen now. I told the BL Kapoor staff that the as per Government of India rule Aadhaar Card is not mandatory on this. I gave them the PAN Card which I had registered, but they told me that it will not work and I will not let you get vaccinated, the girl whose name is Sonia and she misbehaviour me and called a guard and called one of her seniors who said that you call anyone for whom, I had spoken to them if I will complain to the police, then he told me that even if you complain to the police, your vaccination will not be allowed. After that I called the police. Delhi Police help me and registered me at the cash counter for vaccination. Only after which I was vaccinated. After the vaccination, I went to the reception around 4pm and tried to meet BL Kapoor’s HOD but I was not allowed to meet anyone, nor was complaint registered. I asked them to give me the number of BL Kapoor’ HOD who looked at the B L Kapoor Hospital’s staff. My complaint at BL Kapoor Hospital was ignored and no action was taken against Sonia and the guard. Does BL KAPOOR Hospital treat their patients in the same way?

The vaccination venue is NOT BLK hospital, it is right next to it at Radha Swami Satsang venue gate number 5. Park your vehicles outside. There is no designated area so you have to find a spot. Once you walk in the venue, they check your appointment schedule on your device along with checking your temperature. It’s a short walk to the shedded area where the entire drive is taking place. You will be provided with a token number by two attendees standing there, they will guide you as to where you should sit and wait for your token number to be displayed for the next step. It’s huge area with ample of space for social distance. The area is completely secured and is provided with cooler and mist fans to be beat the heat They call approx 5 people at the time across desk for payment (your token number will be displayed in order for you to approach the billing desk). I personally had to wait for just half an hour given the huge inflow of people. Another 10 minutes at the billing desk. They ask you for your aadhar card and if you are already registered in BLK database, if not then they will register you immediately. Next ke vaccination, another 10 minutes wait and stand in the queue (3 people per desk). And you get vaccinated. Next you move to the observation area for half an hour.once your half an hour is over you register at desk and they send you certificate text and then line up in the logout register and then you are free to go. The entire process is hassles free and smooth given such huge number of people walking in and out every minute. Total time for me was 2: 14-3: 30pm My personal advise: 1. Please be humble towards the staff. You may face difficulties for 10 -15 minutes but they are doing they shifts for hours straight 2. Wear double mask, shield if you have and gloves for additional protection 3. They do have a counter for snacks and drinks at the observation section, in case you forget to carry your own. 4. Do not forget to carry your santiser Advise from the professionals: 1.don’t take painkillers 2. Might experience Fever and chills which is okay and very normal 3. But, in case you experience high fever for more than two days contact your healthcare provider immediately 4. It’s is Okay to be vaccinated during monthly cycle 5. Eat your regular food diet and increase your fluids 6. Exercise your arm and can also do cold press on it if it aches

I found the arrangements for vaccination quite good for such a big facility (probably India’s biggest). Please be prepared to spend around 3-4 hours in total during the initial days of vaccination.
Eat well before going in, take water bottle, sanitizer, double mask and gloves if possible. There are around 500 chairs to sit once you reach inside the facility. I waited for around 80 minutes in the que before going in.
Kindly don’t scream at the staff as it’s not easy for them to manage such a huge load. Prepare your mind before visiting.
Once you reach inside, they will give you token which you’ve to carry to the billing counter before going for the shot. Give them your aadhar card at the counter.
It takes not more than 2 minutes for the shot and then you need to wait at the observation area for 30 minutes in case you get any side effect. Lastly, take your certificate (or download) and you’re done.
Overall a good experience!
P. S. This review is ONLY about my experience at vaccination facility. I have never been in the hospital building.
Most irresponsible hospital should be closed with heavy penalty. Did not admit the covid positive patient who has severe heavy nose bleeding due to covid.
Worst hospital in delhi.even worst than govt.hospitals.govt.hospitals are much better than this.no support and coordination from staff and doctors.they gave date and time to us for my sister's nose operation.at exact date and before 1 hour we reached to hospital, but after reached at hospital, they had no facility for admission.they said to us that no room is vacant, you have to wait.so many hours we wait, can say that after half a day.they gave us room after lots of mental harassment. If they don't have room for patients, than why they gave dates for operation or for any other treatment.they treat well only other countries persons and rich people, not normal persons or govt.employees.
No coordination between staff including doctors & thier assistants, I experienced, My father OT was booked & given time to admit the hospital in the midnight @ 12: 30 AM odd time. At the time admission reception person said your covid test not done without test I can't admit. The doctor's assistant never advised my father for the covid test & without covid test, how can hospital booked OT. AT 12: 30 AM to 2: 00 AM, no one was helping, I asked Emergency Doctor to help, he advised to coordinate with doctor in the morning.
I came with my father to admit hospital from Ghaziabad in the odd time 12: 30 AM given by hospital. First reception person advised we are arranging bed, after wating an hour the above incident was happen. Finally I moved to the hotel near hospital in the mid night. Worst experience.
