My skin is sensitive skin. And I went to Dermamiracle and get their treatment. The first impression for me is their staff is super polite and professional. And the treatment to mr was suitable and effective. And the results is visible clearly good excellent services skin treatment best.

As an existing ongoing customer, I do not appreciate this clinic. I'm due for my third lazer session soon but I must add their staff does not have manners at all. While couple of the girls are good at the service, most of the other staff is arrogant, mannerless.

Even for the lazer service, the first session was unpleasant because they brifed about a certain numbing cream to be used and then forgot (till i raised it up). Calls are not answered, whatsapp responses are abrupt, customer service is questionable.

In an era where client service is valued more than the service itself, Derma Miracle GK-1 leaves a bad taste in your mouth.

Staff has no manners they treat clients like fraud n they have no values they can say anything to client don’t trust them n don’t go there they take money from me now behaving line they don’t knw me they have no values for Client relationship they just want to make money for one time after that they won’t bother.

Derma Miracle is so miraculous.

Extremely unprofessional! I am stuck with them because they ask to pay money upfront. The doctor does not consult you in this clinic. Infact no senior professional consults you. Any newbie starts doing your laser and picks any area that person wants and this person changes in every sitting. There is no consistency in treatment. I had 3 sessions, all 3 targetting different areas. Yesterday this girl called Nitya shaved my entire face without using any marking area to outline affected area. There was no senior doctor to guide her. She did whatever she wanted to do, despite of me asking her not to. She did not listen to me and she did not ask any senior.
Not just this, she was so rough in shaving, my skin was burning. I kept telling her but she did not listen and gave me excuses. I have big red razor scratch marks over my hands where she did only shaving and no laser.

This side nikhil shenoy just wanted to share my feedback on derma miracle first of all Dr navnit Haroor sir is a gentle man who guides you to all your solutions regarding hairfall.in my case I am pretty much satisfied with his advice and have a positive result.
