Amazing service. All the doctors and staff members are welcoming and provide amazing quality of treatment. I’m getting my face laser done, and my experience till now has been phenomenal

This place giving so much attention and taking care of my skin initially however now they won’t take single attention. They are not giving time for consultation. I have one session left for laser & another is for chemical peeling. Only they’re proving 7 pm slot from last one month. So I am so disappointed now. I want to renew my sessions as well. Nobody replying on the same

Extremely bad attitude towards complaint handling by the management. Only money minded approach with no regard for the client’s well-being. Zero responsibility taken in case of botched treatment and zero compensation given.

I recently had laser hair removal treatment done at Dermapurity (gk) and it was a great experience! At first, I was nervous about the procedure, but Deepak explained everything to me and made me feel at ease. The laser itself felt like a trickling all over the face, but it was completely tolerable. Overall, I'm happy with the results and growth shifted to the lighter side.
Not only this, The support staff is also very helpful (special shout out to Deepak), who is excellent at his work and at the same time he made me feel very comfortable about the treatment process or whenever I visit the clinic. He has a great attitude, enjoys his work, at the same time very professional which he’s very good at and the treatment gets done smoothly. He’s a real asset to the clinic. Keep up the good work:) So, if you ever went to dermapurity please consult with Deepak for a smooth treatment done at ease.

My daughter has taken laser and the results were so bad that it turned out acnes all over her face they told her with antibiotics it will vanish she had antibiotics more then a month still nothing happened they didn't even take responsibility of wat they did dnt take any treatment from them
