Poor service. Waste of money. I went to Dr. Rohit Batra for skin infection treatment and for PRP treatment on my scalp. But unfortunately for both the problems I didn't get any solution. I wasted my money. After treating me for 3 months he said skin infection is something that you have to take care of. I don't know what is that thing that is causing you the infection. I wasted a lot of money in these 3 months. Also, after my 6 sessions of Hair PRP the same thing happened, I didn't get my hair back nor I the hair stopped falling. At the end he said it depends on your body. Complete waste of money. I will not recommend anybody to go to him for treatment.

Poor service. I opted in for laser hair removal for my half face but they burned my face. The technician did not take any accountability for burning my face. I reached out to Dr. Batra a couple of times and he kept saying that this was normal and the burn marks will go away but they never did. Now I have scarring and pigmentation all over my face. Total money & time waste. Extremely disappointed. Will never recommend anyone to go there.

Worst experience. After one consultation the dr does not respond if you have any problem afterwards.

THEY ARE THE WORST. My brother is consulting them since last 2 years and it’s the worst. No improvement seen instead they left us at the worst. Only if i could rate them in minus, thats the intensity of this review. Please don’t go here. And guess what when you review them bad they bribe you with free consultancy with their so called more specialist doctor.

This is a good clinic for all type of laser and derma procedures. Dr Batra and his entire doctor team is well versed with Indian skin conditions.
Special thanks to senior technician Miss Manisha and her colleagues for the laser procedure which was done very well.keep it up!
