The manager Nisha really needs to listen to the queries before answering, lacks management, doesn’t listen to the other person and concerns. I asked for appointment, I agree due to festivals doctor was not available but everyday just to keep the patient on hold Nisha has been calling me to inform ‘we will tell u the time tomorrow’ and last moment Ms Nisha being rigid about the time slots. I am so sorry this review is for Nisha especially, I have heard good reviews for the doctor but she really needs to keep a better person with ‘appointment managerial skills’. I am also into client servicing business. The person representing the brand should be we’ll versed. Also respect the fact the other person has a day plan just like your busy doctor Ms Nisha.

Waiting time is high.
I especially called to confirm if appointment is on time or delayed but they said it is on time but when I reached it was delayed by approx 20-30 min.

She is kind of doctor who is just after money. Her statements changes every time. Highly Unprofessional. She gave you false hopes for your hairs. Every time you visited doctor she gave you a new serum which is next to impossible to find in the market because these are serums suggested by Medical representatives and that too is very costly and you ending up ordering it online. I wasted my time money Stay away from her. Worse doctor!
