If there had been any option of giving negative star then would have given to Nakul, he is a big time cheater who steals your hard earned money and doesn't respond you, treats you as a sheep and him as a shepherd who cuts and let you bleed, he took an advance in multiple of lakhs for the sake of speeding up the construction but he never did and also started not responding,
So please it's a request to you all who is giving him contract and money please dun waste your hard earned money on his lies and also don't waste your precious time on energy on him
He also neglects things written in contract.

Nakul and his so called team run a fake construction business. These people specially (Mr. Nakul) will show you big dreams of a beautiful house but as soon as you got stuck in his trap he will take big amount of advance from people and will stop work at your construction site with one or other reason. Nakul is not at all PROFESSIONAL PERSON. He is a thief who stolen my familyhard earned and stop work at my construction site without any ultimatum. He make false promises and never live upto his commitments. Never start a deal with person. Doing a venture with DEVANZA STUDIO will be biggest mistake.
