Every time whenever in issue in my bike goes to your service but ur service was ' chii ' some parts not working everytime u say work done in one week or 2-3 days, and u expanded for one month.hadd hai yr kesa Centre hai tumhara ek saman tk ni hota kisi bike ka tumhare pass.band karko isko
Don't go there. They overcharge everything. They have a labour charge for everything and they are stealing from customers. I got my service done from them but due to battery replacement And ecu update they didn't do their work that day and i have to spend my whole day there. Then they charge money for battery replacement and even after that they didn't change anything in service even oil and they didn't update ecu but charge me for everything. They only did washing. Next day I complained bajaj and then they updated ecu. After riding my bike for 500 km i face engine overheating when i checked the oil i saw that they didn't change the oil or anything. They are scammers and don't go there
I purchase my motorcycle from this store and often visit to service my motorcycle, people are nice and helpful but they have some inconsistency of service.
Today i bring my Avenger 160 to update at Dewan service center so the manager name Anita and her co worker Arun demand some money for updating my bike despite there is no charges claim for updating bike by Bajaj company and other service center.manager Anita very rude and when I argue on this fact she try to felt me i was wrong to use bajaj's other service center and said "aap yaha kyu aaye wha se krwani chahiye thi jaha aap karwate hai". Very shameful for Bajaj's integrity.bad experience.there is slope to bring bike inside when i ask to md.ekbal a co worker he denied to take out my bike and say there is risk to fall and bike can break i am not understanding either the staff is there for rectifying the problems or make panic among their customer.
All the female staff in the service center are highly unprofessional in terms of dealing with customers and their problems. Got my bike serviced and at the time of billing labour charges were too high and even the staff wasn't aware about how the billing amount was calculated even the bill wasn't provided after making the payment which is mandatory at any authorized service center further to this the staff didn't had basic courtsey towards customer and was very rude as I again requested for bill and requested to talk to the GM in response to that i was treated with bad attitude. (They don't care about customers what they do care about is picking up there bagpacks and moving out of the billing counter in the face of customer when they are reminded for a proper bill bcs their shift is getting over so they won't give you a bill but they will surely rip off your pocket for money) Highly Unprofessional and rude female staff! Service is not good because service time is very late and charges are very high in normal bike. Its take time for a service 6-7 hours and also service are not are good. Staff is big issue He/she are not in answerable the question!
They are the worst service centre I have ever gone to. I got my bajaj avenger 220 cc there to get it’s clutch plate changed. They charged unnecessary money along with using unnecessary oil for cleaning engine. Within two week, my bike started malfunctioning. Upon checking it at other service centre, fault in clutch plate was found. I took my bike back there at dewan bajaj centre hoping to get it fixed. Let alone fixing, they were not even agreeing that there is clutch issues. They just tightened the clutch cable and suggested me not to change the clutch plate, otherwise again they are going to charge fee for that.
I would suggest you all to go somewhere else, to get your bike serviced or to get it fixed. Don’t go to them, otherwise definitely you will feel cheated.
Worst service ever. I took my bike for three service and all three times it was getting even worse. First of all they do not know any professionism. They will tell you some charges at the start and add on in the final bill and staff is so incompetent they always delay the service on an average they take 7-8 hrs for you bike service that to useless service. Never go there if you value your money and time
My experience with the service with this centre is pathetic, i advise the bike owners not to go this service centre, they are looting us, i went today for my 4th service of my CT110X which is paid, while i enquire about the cost of service he asked me INR 1500, i asked the man in tuban, why its so, he said oil change, and the associated parts with this needs to be changed, he delibrately told me that my bike has to be service after every 3000 Km whereas company recommends every 5000KM, they have there own standards.pls dont go to them.
This review is regarding the bike purchase. Bought my bike from them. 1. Service is 4th class. Waited for 5hrs for the bike delivery.even after paying whole amount. 2. Their showroom is like some dirty govt.office where AC are only for display they dont work. 5hr garmi mere mar gye. 4. The way they serve drinking water to you is so unhigenic. 3. Sales team dont no how to behave. 4.bajaj show room looks like govt. Hospital. 5. Just because this showroom has name and bike sales are good thats why its owner dont care about anything thing else. No care for customer experince.
The water service part is very bad, they choosing the service part in outsource. Office staffs oke but they don't care about their coustomers.i think service section is good but need more improve
Today on 22nd jun 2022, i visited this showroom, no one was there to welcome nor for amy information about the bikes. Worst bajaj experience, thats y people opt for yamaha or other brands

Very slow work process. For 2 min work they mostly take more than 30 min. They ask you to wait 2 min and then forget about you and you have to ask them 2-3 times then they will listen again.
Serviced my RS 200 FROM HERE. They kept my bike for 1 additional day from the delivery date and after that when I went to pick up the bike, kept me waiting for 2 hours because they had not prepared the bill. Lazy and irresponsible staff.
Wrost experience with bajaj and pulsar 125 milage company claims 50-55 in city but my owner experience pulsar 125 milage around 30 pls don't purchase wrost bike and service experience with bajaj

They were forcing me to take AMC for my bike. And they also added oil suppliment in my bike without my consent and charged me extra money. When I told them to remove that extra charge from my bill they refused to do it. They were not handing over my bike until I paid them extra charges for oil suppliment which I did not ask them to add. Very bad way to charge loyal customers.
Sabse bekar service center. No men power no take responsibility seriously. Complaint again and again. I wil give - 10 zero star for thier work and performance.
I had a Very bad experience here. I visited there at 1: 30pm and they delayed to made job card they did it at 2: 30. After that they told me to collect the vehicle at 5: 36 and guess what they didn't even touched the bike to get service done. When i reached there at 5: 36 after that i even asked them for get me vehicle's service done they took it a long one haur after 5: 36 i got my vehicle on 7: 45pm. You guys can see the difference between 5: 36 and 7: 45. That's my experience here and now i am never gonna go there to get my vehicle service done again.
Worst dewan Bajaj showroom, unprofessional staff, I don't know even after so many complains why dewan dose not take any action against palm staff.juts check all complaints are from Palam showroom still no action so far.piece of advice for consumer don't go to this showroom at all.they will literally ruin your bike
Worst showroom i have ever experienced and purchased bike from. Don't purchase bike from here and there staff doesn't respond to calls you have to go there always and there services for your bikes are very poor not satisfied with this showroom everything here is very bad don't purchase anything or don't service your bikes/scotty from dewan bajaj.
This outlet is just opposite to sulabh sochalay, near metro station could be both palam and dasrathpuri, nearest bus stand is health center, just after crossing the palam dwarka flyover, bharat chandra hospital is just next to it. Saturday is off, and rest of the days, timings are 9am to 6pm. On Sunday you have to reach early around 8.30am, to avoid rush. Staffs are nice but most of the bikes shows some problems before 1st service of most of the BS6 model. But they have nice mechanic teams to help you out. Till 3rd service they charge nominal price. After that I don't know, because i have some time for 4th servicing. Overall 3.5 stars out of 5.
The most fraud people. Having unskilled new boys to service who lacks experience of everything. सड़क छाप mechanics are far better than the Dewan's. Prefer your bike servicing somewhere else.
Highly disappointed from Dewan motor Palam delhi service center I repaired my bike pulsar 180, just to replace Carburetor and it should hardly take 30 mins.to replace with new one. Their technician Asman if I remember well took 5 hours to replace and after that bike wasn`t started. Moreover there are some attachments with Carburetor found loose. I am an automobile engineer and knows bit about these components but if anybody non-technical person will never judge their service and in furture he/she might face issues again. Never recommend to anyone to go there for service.
Waited for more than half an hour to get the job card prepared for my Dominar 400 (chain sprocket replacement) even on a weekday (21/10). Apparently, there were only 2 service advisor and only one was equipped to handle Dominar bikes and that poor chap was also attending regular bikes as well. No one offered or recommended to do a test drive after replacement of chain sprocket to see if everything is fine. At billing counter they asked for additional 2% on extra bill for making payment through debit/credit card. Told them Bajaj service centre at kirti nagar do not charge extra on card payment, they simply played ignorance that they only know of their service center. There is no customer centric approach right from the Guard till the billing counter.

मेरे सभी बजाज टू व्हीलर भाइयों को एक निवेदन है कि आप दिल्ली द्वारका के पास महावीर एनक्लेव में बजाज देवान मोटर से सर्विस ना कराएं क्योंकि मैंने अपनी गाड़ी की सर्विस करवानी दो तीन बार दे चुका हूं सर्विस तो वह करते हैं लेकिन नहीं प्रॉब्लम और खड़ी कर देते हैं शुरू में मेरी बाइक में बैटरी की प्रॉब्लम आई 2nd टाइम में मीटर की प्रॉब्लम आई 3rd टाइम में ब्रेक की प्रॉब्लम आई 4th टाइम में स्टार्ट करने में प्रॉब्लम आ रही है इनकी सर्विस इतनी घटिया है मैंने तो सोच लिया है कि अपनी बाइक में आग लगा दूंगा वह भी शोरूम के सामने खड़ी करके मीडिया बुला लूंगा इनके पास अच्छे इंजीनियर नहीं है इसलिए ऐसा होता है मैंने बजाज अवेंजर 220 नई ली थी 8 महीने पहले इन्होंने नई बाइक की गांड मार ली है
Worst service as well as public dealing You can't use cards for payment because They charge extra 2percent I don't know why You are paying the GST after paying GST they charge 2 percentage. I asked the cashier she is telling I don't know u can ask to the manager. They don't repair u r vehicle, they only change the parts.
If you are staying near dwarka sector 1 2 6 7 it is closer i stay at dwarka sector 18 which is far away especially if you have to go for a bike service coz leaving the bike at servicecenter and coming back and gain going back to collect bike takes time. As no direct bus metro available
I dont think its even possible to explain in words the kind of terrible experience i had at this place. Their service, staff, location, ambience everything is just pathetic. In a place where customer experience is what drives business, they are a BIG ZERO in that. Here is how my day went dealing with these fools,
1. Management: - I reached the service centre in morning 09.44AM to find out that my vehicle entry number is 23 which was fine by me as the line started well before 9AM in the morning. Firstly is there no way to identify what number of Vehicle is currently getting the Job Card or who is assigned to a particular vehicle as they the people who are opening the Job cards have no uniformity. Some guy is wearing casuals, one is in uniform, the other i guess the labourer there was also made to make entry in the online portal for Bajaj due to loads of vehicles coming in. Now, the management of customers & their vehicles was extremely POOR because there was no one to guide where to park the vehicles, no vehicle queue, no placement of vehicles whose service is done & now washing or polishing is pending (Image 1 & 1a). After entering at 9.44AM with number 23 & that time number 10 was getting inspected, my number came at freaking 11.15AM & that is when they dont have to enter anything manually, it was all through online Mobile app of Bajaj where all data is already feeded.
2. Customer Experience: - See the Image 2 to have a look at the kind of Customer Experience they are providing to the people who are spending heck load of money for their Products which go up till 2.2Lacks. There are just two wooden benches in the so called "lounge" that can adjust about 10 people & there were about 35 customers in the service centre. God knows how they want the customers to manage.
3. Hygiene & Facilities: - Have a look at the Image 3 to see the surroundings around the water dispenser. Let me tell you this isnt cold water but water at normal temperature when outside its burning 40°c & alongside it you can also see the diamond studded Dustbin which had stinky stuff inside it. Wish pictures could tell speak & justify the mindset of people who were sitting inside that lounge. Do go alongside all this, forget providing customers with an AC, they didn't even a proper fan inside their Lounge. Have a look at the only Historical wall fan they had in their Lounge.
4. Cleanliness: - Have a look at Image 4 & see how the surroundings of this service centre are. Mind you this isnt the area where bikes are getting serviced. This is where they get the job card open & do the initial inspection of the bike along with the customer. Again wish the Picture could speak what a mess this place was.
5. Customer is King "my foot": - I had purchased my Dominor 400 on 22/4/19 & came to get it serviced after 3months though i completely knew that you need to get the 1st service done in 30-45 days. I told them the reason for that was i had a fracture and wasnt able to drive hence 1.5mths i was rested & if they require a special case approval i can provide the Medical. All this was just because since they were feeding things on online portal it was showing my 1st service lapse due to deadline gone & they were cancelling my 1st free service. I requested them if they can manually enter the Job card details & get this done because it was a medical issue but they clearly said NO. Now, why i am writing this point is not because there is a money issue with 1st service getting lapsed, as is you just give the labour free, anyone who can afford 2.2L bike can give Rs. 500 for labour too, but just because how arrogantly the on floor manager spoke about this issue & took the empathy for a toss. Even the MNCs have policy exceptions but no these guys go by the Rule book & provide such beautiful & promising customer service.
6. Showroom Atmosphere: - Just above the service centre they have their showroom as well which is no better than their service centre. Have a look at the historical fan & the AC (not working) in IMAGE 5&6 IS THERE NO MINIMUM SERVICE BAR THESE PEOPLE HAVE?
Showroom staff is just pathetic in there work. They are just unprofessional and didn’t respect there customers. I was planning to buy dominar so I reached to the showroom for test ride and ask for it but the guy who’s attending me seems uninterested by his gestures and body language but I ignore that because I know it’s Bajaj and they are pathetic in there work but still I have gone there bcoz I personally think that dominar is a good bike for it’s price but only flaw is that it’s a product from Bajaj. I am making this negative comment because there sales person guy lie to me and waste my time. I told him that I wanna test ride dominar so he told me “ok sir we’ll arrange the test ride bike for you but in 30min to 40 min” so I replied ok and after that I gave him my number to call me when the bike arrives to the showroom but after 2 hour I didn’t get any call from showroom so I call them and told them the whole story and then they said ok sir we, ll get in touch to you soon because it’s our lunch time so I said them ok but plz arrange it for me today and they said ok sir SURE. SURE.and guess what.they didn’t call me. I was like.what the hell with this company. So it’s a request from me to Bajaj.please improve your service and customer relation process.because it’s a very important for any company to have a good customer relation staff. I believe that you’re making the good bikes now but only good bikes won’t work to make your company evolve. SO IMPROVE YOUR SERVICE
