Please avoid it.employees over here changed my contact number to receive free service code from Bajaj and update my bike as 3rd service with 8000 km however my bike did not run 3000 km yet.
This service center is the worst, no one will come to pickup the vehicle. Drag the vehicle to them, show them the issue on Friday they told that issue is resolved and also charged me but still my bike is not able to start today (Wednesday).
I have given the bajaj avenger 220 cc for service they have charged me 6000 for service and 2 indicators. They also told there are some problems in the bike like have to change clutch plate, fruction plate, shoe breaker etc etc. But I have seen the changes in visable things only like the indicators and washing rest there is no change in bike after this service. Pls help me to get the things done as this bike is not in a good condition I am not able to drive this even the speed of 70 bike is not giving the pickup.
Abstain yourself from going to this service centre as the Supervisor Mr. Pankaj is not at all professional and bike services is for name sake and no parts are available, it takes 45 days to ready bike, better go for some other service centres.
The manager of Dewan Bajaj said that we can't give u your free service which was due. We can give u paid service. He was insisting us to done paid service of bike. He was very rude. Only he wants us to get paid service so that he can earn money. If this is a culture all about so there is no point of purchasing BAJAJ pulsar bike. It is disgusting that Dewan Bajaj manager only wants us to pay money for servicing of bike. We had 1 service left of our pulsar bike. But it is of no use having free service left.
This place is not good they charge unnecessary labour charges around 1500 for just normal servicing and disc pad change.and secondly my bike was used while it was there in service center as the odometer reading was showing 50 km extra and fuel reading was also low so please avoid going there.they are not genuine
This a good place to get your bike serviced BUT they will try and say that you need to replace this and that but make sure ask all the relevant questions so that you get to the bottom of the problem and see it for yourself that wheather you should actually replace that said part or it can fixed with other means. Also please stay on top of the mechanic there are lazy once who would skip a task completely and then they would say that the already did it. Both of these things happened with me so be aware.
Bike not clean proper, I did not get my starter plate warranty or did not give Q's warranty. Service history OK. 5 year warranty, total running 14000 km, model 2018.
Unprofessional. My bill was 20k+ and i did not drive my bike more than 20km. Will you believe its rs 200 and not going over speed of 60km however its a top model with abs. I drop my bike again and they said 10k more it will took. 1st time they returned my bike after 2 month. 2nd time still bike is there for more than 4 days with no response. They don't have parts of bajaj while it is certified service center of baja. Kindly avoid your bike servicing here.
For god sake dont go for service of your bike in dewan bajaj. Until its your first free service. Other outside mechanic will do better job in low price
Cheats in short. I have been there for servicing and chain of my bike needed to be tighten but they told me i need to get chain set replaced and clutch plates too whereas 70% of plates still remain. These guys just want to dig deep in your pockets.
Worst service.the charge useless labour charge if you will ask for disk pad change they will charge you 185 labour charge+ disk brake fluid bleeding charge 178 so you paid allmost 350 other than tha mrp of the diak pad.they are the real leach.
Worst ever service center for KTM Owner in South Delhi, its better to go at bagga link. Parts are not available. They miss crucial crucial bolts. Scratches all over the body and then they add it to your bill. All the little damage you want to get fixed from Your previous service. Ranjan mention once its just 5/10 rs for a bolt (well bloody why don’t you pay that from ur pocket) Worst is that very often Mechanic don’t even know whats wrong with your bike nor you will find the person who serviced your bike earlier because they have been leaving jobs so frequent.
If you want to only service your bike.go ahead.but if you think for to change some parts don't waste your buck because they will charge for a single single part.like if you say to change plug they will charge 150 labour charge then suddenly you think to change break shoes so they will charge 100rs extra total 250 for that and then you think to change chain so they will charge extra for it.you pay labour charges more than parts cost.
Please check your bill what they charge and what they do. Washing service not good dont use dittergent only pressure water not much cleaning. Service ok but they charge random high and make bill on they basis of amount they wana change and make bill by adding anything if the amount till they achive total amount.
Worst dealership of Bajaj.i purchased Avenger 160 from here but the experience was pathetic. You will find Mr. Kapil & Mrs. Shalu over here and these guys are really unhelpful.and their after sales service is the extremely poor.
They are only concerned about their sales.and believe in fooling people.
Its too costly. Not recommended Service charge is only near about 450 and for every part you changed you have to pay to pay another service charge tht is too costly. You can service ur vehicle to other service good centre at half price what you pay here.
This is the worst service center. They will keep saying come to next day come to next week like we are free everytime and that only for small thing. Even their mechanics are so dumb they don't know anything. And worst is customer services. This service center knows how take money but don't know how to deal with customers and resolve their problems. The worst experience ever had.
