Mr. Sachin Gupta the owner of define kids, GK. I think the worst person I’ve ever come across. His employees are big thiefs which I think are trained by Mr. Gupta himself. They always put something extra in my billing which is around 15-20 thousand. They claim that they put the items on table which they don’t. They pack in huge black bags which later are picked up by us due to cars parked away. He has already accepted his mistake once and even changed my items. But this time when I complained his ego was hurt and he denied to even talk to me. He ignorantly said that items cannot be exchanged. I said you’re losing a valuable customer to which this arrogant man had no regards.
Always check your stuff before purchasing because they’re scammers. Over that the owner himself doesn’t give a damn

Always had an unpleasant experience with this shop.the owners are rude, the sales staff on the first floor (both testers) doesn’t talk nicely at all …prices are always more compared to online. They buy clothes from first cry at low prices and then out their own barcodes with elevated prices. Quality of clothes is below road side. Don’t ever go to this store.we should make sure this guy has no customers because he doesn’t know customer service

Extremely arrogant and rude owner of the shop. New parents, please be alert - the man will only recommend most expensive unnecessary things just brcause they are laying in stock. Later wont even care to acknowledge if you had tsken his advice. BIG AVOID

Big fan of Dezine kids since 4 yrs, our first baby. All the products are genuine and original. Great quality assured. Mostly we purchase the imported pampers from UK or UAE which are much better than indian counterparts. Along with quality, the price is better than the previous store I was buying from.
I have left Gurgaon and settled in Nagpur. Continuing shopping at the same store at GK1. They ship me the products promptly. Thanks.

This guy is robbing customers. I used to be a loyal customer till few years back when I had my first baby. But when i visited this shop at the time of my 2nd baby i was shocked that they are selling imported products at exorbitant prices and outright cheating customers. I purchased baby formula from Dezine kids in Jan 2023 and was charged 3250/- for the same. In Feb 2023 i sent my driver to purchase same item and this time he charged 3750/- for the same. I visited the shop and confronted him saying just 2 weeks back i bought the same item, so the guy checked his computer told me it was a mistake and offered to refund my amount. The fact is that they will charge anything as per their whims and fancies, they just want to loot you. I started ordering from another shop subsequently.

People sitting there are arrogant and mannerless and think other peoples money is there to waste
Wiener is next door and extremely sweet people
Do not go here they are rude and over priced

I had decided not to visit this store again the moment I came out of it. The owner has zero courtesy. They charge obnoxious prices. And moreover the items they will deliver you will be damaged and when asked to replace, these frauds ask you to contact the company for replacement. (see image for reference)

Do not enter this store until and unless you want to waster your money and spoil your mood.

Worst place to shop for kids bad collection i had stiches i told them can you please ask someone to show the products down the rude manager made me climb all the way up the collection was not worth that pain the staff and the manager on the main counter are very rude they dont even care if you leave their shop as they are not interested in any kind of sale never ever visit this shop

I will give -5 raiting to them as they are very Rude all staff are good but the manager owner and counter person is very Rude. They have no sence how to talk to customer. I will suggest everyone not to shop from there as you are going to waist your money as well as time. The owner think that he is only person in the market.

Everything under one roof and Neeraj is extremely helpful with the continuous whatsapp updates, shopping is easy sitting kilometers away.

I have been shopping from Dezine Kids from a long long time now but I am shocked with an incident which took place today. I had sent my executive to shop on behalf of me a week ago as I was pregnant and was on bed rest. I had called for silicon mugs which are soft and easy to use with babies and the shopkeeper shared a couple of pictures claiming that these are silicone mugs where as it was just plastic mugs, I checked it and sent it back without even opening the package, fully intact with all the packaging material and the owner of the shop refused to refund or exchange the product, he was not even interested in coming on the phone after putting a lot of pressure he came on the phone. I explained the owner of the shop that the person who came to get it was unaware of the product and in the pictures it wasn’t clear whether it’s plastic or silicone and his reply to this was that you should have sent a person who’s literate, who’s knowledgeable, excuse me! How can you judge a person on the basis of his knowledge for baby products and talk rudely, insulting a poor man who’s innocent and doesn’t know about baby stuff. I have spent a lot of money at this shop in the last couple of years and today he’s lost his valuable customer just behind 2k and all the respect for him has gone down the drain as he insulted an innocent person.

Totally pathetic customer service. Rude Staff. The staff has no respect for their customers at all. Thinks of customers so little and boasts of their wealth. Owning a small shop in GK doesnt make you rich. If a customer has a strong purchasing power then he/she can purchase enough stuff. Stupid and pathetic customer service.

Sold a product which was defective from the start. Horrible staff, Horrible Owner (Sachin), Horrible experience. Better stick to Amazon/First Cry who'll give you a much better customer experience.

Owner doesn’t have etiquettes to speak to a customer, poor customer service, bad after sales service! They don’t provide bills if not asked for and later they refuse or delay to give!

Rude and disrespectful shop owners. Seems to be the experience of most customers. I was checking with them about the price of a baby bather which I had selected online. I casually informed them that the price was cheaper online and I was rudely told to go shop online instead. I would have paid the difference (only Rs200) if it wasn't for thier behaviour. This is after me and my wife have bought several things over the last few weeks. Will not shop here again!

Horrible experience. Completely manner less.go to other shops in gk 1 - never shop at Dezine Kids. Super sad people, bad attitude.zero work ethics. NEVER BUY THINGS FOR YOUR CHILDREN FROM THIS SHOP.bad energy.

Though they have everything related to kids under one roof (especially if you searching for popular international brands) but the owner is so rude that you don't want to enter the store. Returns or discounts are impossible at this store.

Rude and arrogant owners. Have no respect for the customer because of who they exist. Have shady return policies and are willing to argue and fight when customer brings up issues with them.

Pathetic is the word. Rude and senseless owners both son and father. They keep mostly imported stuff from middle east and south east asia with no expiry dates and no printed MRPs. Dont EVER buy cosmetics or baby foods from them. Whenever we have bought its been found sub standard with no exchange or return option.
