Very polite staff. Thanks Govind ji & poonam for helping me out to choose the right vehicle. I am very happy with my new Access Bluetooth model. Mileage is also better than my previous scooter.

The worst deal I could ever make was with this showroom where the staff is not at all concerned with the customer's time or efforts. They keep doing follow up calls and each person sitting there is their own master. One says something and the other says something else.
One person is not comfortable for the negotiations and then the other person calls and says please come and we are okay with the negotiated value. When we reach there, they straight away refuse. They refuse from their own words. This is the kind of behavior they have towards customer. If you are not okay with the negotiations, you must not call the customer back to the showroom and waste their time. I would never recommend this showroom to anyone, rather would like to report such behavior to the company.
