I am 6 years old customer of this service center and I like very much, but in the last service I am not serialised, and they are lost our trust, I am very disappointed with the last service. I am using honda hornet since 2016, and all services done by Dhingra honda service center and I was satisfied with that, but now, there are new service engineer, and they are not doing well. So in future I will not go there.thanks Dhingra honda
Very bad service centre Dhingra yahan per service bhi acchi nahin karte gadi ki aur staff bhi theek nahin hai mere experience se yah service centre bilkul bekar hai
They give service on time but chare for the first free service for oil but why hoda change when service is free they atleast give 3 service free but they don't have to charge for the oil so consumer not happy with this type of service so please give your full information wile next time someone buy a new vehicle from you you gave full information about your services you give service means only oil changing not giving free you change 800 rupes for a 300 rupe engine oil you literally doing a scam with your consumer and next time I didn't buy a vehicle from Honda even other companies give discount or free 5 services but not taking any money for oil other wise they can connect you and suggest you you can take your oil if you are not satisfied soo consumer be careful from this scam from Honda dingra service centre
Honda service station is a total money puller, I don't know whether it is Honda policy or service station policy, Bike service is costly for every small single work you have to pay otherwise get simple service just change oil on MRP And washing only all the parts on higher MRP price my suggestion for people do not take Honda vehicles otherwise you have to bear Higher maintenance charges.
The advisor's of the dhingra Honda service centre (udhog nagar) is misbehaving to everyone. There is no manners in the advisor's how to talk a customer. Specially a advisor vikas kumar who argue with me and said "inte hi lgenge kya kr loge kro lo Jo krna h" now I suggest u too not go there for paid service also there staff is not co-operate with u and not support u for service.
They don’t have availability of spare parts I told them 4-5 time plz arrange it but they did’nt now I will switch my servicing to some other dealership
I took my scooter for repairs and handed over to Advisor name Rajesh (97-0601), who is really a fake person, I don't know why company keep such person in team and I am sure till the person like him are in the service industry I am not going back to this Dhingra Motors named stupid outlet for new purchases or service repairs. Even going to ask friends to stay away, there are plenty of other service station.
Went there for my scooter service on 06.03.2023, Staff is polite and well behaved with thorough knowledge and understanding. Facility needs to be customer centric, seating are us dirty and shabby, d4inking water was not there. No separate customer washroom and is dirty and unhygienic. Customers are not provided tea, no pantry. Road leading to the workshop is also not in good shape.
I don’t recommend it to anyone. Very bad experience after service return to home find out missing screw, broken parts and they didn’t wash the scooty properly. And charging 900 labour charge for what? For this. Definitely go to another workshop guys.
One of the worst service center I have experience last 6 month they just looting money from the people. I had a service many time they just make a bill end of service 3 to 5 thousand. They did a service of my bike very badly what you told them they doesn’t even focus on it, they just focusing up selling their oil like a chain cleaner and engine cleaner etc.they not even listen to you, Their staff is like a all are kids they don’t know even how to do a service, Even they don’t have good parts of the bikes, I spoke their supervisors they Said they don’t Amaron battery. They using Tata battery. I have many things to explain.

Very bad experience I reached there first and the number distribution employee gave me the latter number And gave the former number to the person who came later, called me a liar when I told this. They do not have the skills to talk to the customer at all, they are very unprofessionals. And no response on complaint.
