Good courteous staff and reliable place to book international courier of domestic courier.
This is a company owned outlet and hence is very reliable

I don't know about the DHL services but it is too much expensive courier service.
So I decided to opt for DTDC and it worked at less than eight times.

They were looking to charge ₹3500 for a consignment which is fair enough but would not pack it and worst of all would not insure. Even though am willing to pay for the insurance. In my case it's a company laptop and needs insurance. All in All a worthless entity this shop.

UPDATE: I received my package in Germany ONE MONTH LATE and one of the items was MISSING!

After I posted my last review, I was contacted 2-3 times. But I was offered no solution. It was me and my family who had to follow up and call them every single day. When they can't help you, they simply BLOCK your number and forget about it.

Also, I would like to point out again that they sent my package through UPS even though I specifically asked for DHL. Why are you called "DHL Express" on Google when you sneakily send packages through UPS?

NEVER USING THEIR SERVICES AGAIN IN MY LIFE.

PATHETIC EPXPERIENCE. First of all, why is this business called "DHL", when they send all of your shipment through literally any other courier service? The employee tried to coerce my mother to use UPS instead of DHL to send her parcel. And when she refused, he just shipped via UPS anyway. They charged the same amount and never told us about it. Also, they refused to provide any help after taking the payment. Disappointed.

I am very much impressed with Dr Maitreye's treatement. She is very friendly with child as well as with guardian. No doubt she is the best child specialist in Dwarka.

Could not deliver in time. And the response is not up to the mark regarding reasons for the same.
