1 star is still too much for them. Package should be delivered 3 days ago, and still didn’t come, cause they couldn’t verify my address. I had to sent them at least 3 documents and call many times, then they decided that my address is correct. Then I’ve got e-mail, that I have to pay more than my package is worth, what is ridiculous. One of the fees is for storage, cause my package was stucked, it wasn’t my fault, but I have to pay, it’s also ridiculous. Even if you want to pay, using international credit card, it’s impossible. Definitely not recommended DHL in India, better send your parcels to your home country or don’t order anything

I had received my 1 kg parcel and these people asked me 50,000 for that which they did not disclose in the beginning in the beginning they have asked me 8000 as I was sending this from UK. Don’t use services by them they are fake DHL

I sent rakhi through DHL, Jagdish helped me in whole process, his gesture was polite and he was very helpful.
