Dial A Cake

Disappointed with @dialacake. Received a damaged cake, and despite reaching out to the owner, no replacement or refund was offered. Poor customer service and subpar product. Caution: Think twice before placing any orders here.

I like dial a cake but today onwards will go with other cake company. I faced worst experience with dial a cake, I have ordered a cake online mentioned name, but they have sent it without name. No one is answering customer care trying to call them after order really pathetic service.

This one star is for their attitude and service. Their staff has become arrogant. Service is very poor. Commitments never honoured.
They are surviving just because of their cakes are good otherwise their staff will shut the shop with their attitude.

They were good but now delivering average quality of items. Opening of some new bakeries nearby also impacted them.

Cakes are so delicious tried 2-3 varieties from the store. But But But
Ordered a cake and after3 hours of trying to connect them, finally got the answer that they haven’t received the order, thank god it was cash on delivery, SWEET CAKE AND BITTER STAFF and I m sure the owner also….

Very bad experience. As per time slot cake delivery time was 7- 8 pm,
Cake delivered at 8: 30.after following up.to many time. This is my first & last time order with dial a cake.

Quality of cake is really not good.definitely not a good bakey in pandav nagar.very disappointing

Damaged cake given and promised to provide same cake as shown in photo but infact provided damaged cake not from one side but three sides and when called said minor damaged.
They received there money but not answering after that.
I recommend not to buy from this, these are the proofs.

They do not care about the design & delivery.
I ordered a cake for my son's 5th birthday and they promised the delivery but at last moment they refused to deliver. When i went there for pickup, i got to know that the cake is not ready, thry are still preparing.

After waiting for 1 hour when they finally gave me the cake, the cake was not designed as per the reference image.
When i asked the reason, they were not at all bothered & charged full amount.

The cakes are good in taste but if you cant provide the same design, and at the given time, please stop this business & dont spoil anybody's occasion like you did mine.

The cake was not good at all. Really bad. Charged so much but the quality was pathetic. The sponge was so so dry that it was difficult to eat. The cream was tasteless. There was very little pineapple in the cake. Total waste of money.

Do not Trust them. They simply take your order and at the last moment they denied to deliver your item.and tell you to come and take it from their shop.if you don't want to spoil your moment, go for other options.

Pathetic they sold me a stale cake kept in their showcaae. I bought a birthday cake for my son on 26th june and they sold a stale cake to me. Pathetic and that too the people working have so much attitude.

Don't buy they are cheaters, they can spoil ur child's birthday.always give incorrect information.

Although we are regular customer with Dial a cake but last experience is very disappointing. They deliver a customized cake with a foul smell looks like the expired one and when we address the complaint they refuse to accept as well.please improve your services else customer will fly to your competitors.

Dial a Cake is 1st bakery on this road,
now two more shops are open near this shop the quality of dial a Cake is very nice but now they are getting many orders and they are very busy I know but the staff behaviour is not so good with customers as per my experience specially a Black tall guy.

I ordered one butterscotch cake with photo printing some characters on it. They prepared it very fantastic.

Pathetic Service. Products are good but Staff is handling your food products with bare hands and they are not wearing masks properly. A place to avoid if you are concerned about 5 and hygiene.

Dial A Cake: Cakes are very delicious and all the employees there are very friendly. Best Services.

I had been one of the regular customer of this shop for many years now and no doubt they serve one of the best cakes and the best varieties too but off lately I have strongly felt that their customer dealing and relations have taken a back seat. I had spent an hour waiting for my turn and order even when the shop was not too busy. Also on a personal note I would say as a genuine customers that post gaining popularity the shop is becoming pricy in dealing with customer.
I just hope that they focus more on customer in dhop and cater to there needs the best

Pure vegetarian eggless cakes, pastries and other bakery items are available.
They have a wide variety of cakes and their cakes are simply awesome.
You can safely opt for any flavor from the menu, all are good.
Though they offer home delivery also but better order from swiggy or Zomato.l because the home delivery number is never picked up, or it keeps on showing busy, for God-knows-why.
But that should not act as a deterrent because swiggy and zomato r easily available and they don't charge you much for a home delivery.

They are pathetic about their commitments on delivering cake on time. We were left ashamed In front of our guests as cake of my daughter's birthday was delivered 1 hour late of planned timing that too after thousands of follow ups.
Pls order one hour before so that you should not feel ashamed Infront of others.

Their service in customer part is nothing.

For my nephew’s birthday I ordered blueberry cake from this joint. Cake was buttery soft, and fresh. Prices were also pocket friendly and cake delivered timely. I have tried so many items from this place in past also, they sell good quality of products.

We have been ordering pastries for a while from this place. They are a delight. Eggless products and quality is fantastic. The prices are very competitive.must try everyone. Specifically their doughnuts. Red velvet pastries and even cakes are wonderful

They make the best cakes. All cakes are Eggless which is the best thing of this place. I love all of the cakes offered by them!

I ordered vada pav, Black Forest pastries and choco lava cake from this bakery. The vada pav was spicy and delicious.

The Black Forest pastry was mediocre in taste and freshness.

However the choco lava cake were really bad, the texture of the cake was really liquidy and not also tasted uncooked.

Also tried the chocolate walnut dry cake, the cake was moist and soft and the portion size was good too but it was lacking in terms of sweetness and chocolatey flavour.

We have just purchased pastries but it was not fresh at all.really not happy with the exprience and if you want to purchase pastry or cake get it tasted first.

The chocolate cake ordered from here was very fresh and tasty.i ordered from them for the very first time and was afraid about the taste, but it came as a surprise to me that it was very delicious in taste.my whole family loved it.
I am looking forward to try other cakes of them.

Yesterday had a Takeaway from this newly opened cute little Bakery in my neighborhood for a birthday party of my cousin. We had ordered for customized fruit cake & got it delivered at our doorstep in few hours. Along with that also bought few Bakery products like cream rolls and bread fruit cake.

Loved the packaging and presentation as well as taste. Must try.

Don't order cake from here. This restaurant is such a trash and doesn't respond properly. I ordered a cake from Zomato from this store and these cheap people packs wrong cake and even doesn't replace it. I strongly suggest that don't order cake from here. Worst

Worst experience ever. I ordered a fruit cake, it was pathetic. As there was no fruits on it totally messy n stale tooo. Seriously horrible one should never order them. Sply if u really wanna surprise sumone. It will ruin it.

Recently visited Dial A Cake located in Indirapuram Ghaziabad they serves some really fresh & delicious cakes and bakery items as well. Having a large number of varieties in pastries & all were really delicious.

The best cakes I have ever had both quality and price wise. I have been buying from dial a cake since they had a smaller shop. It's really good to see them grow

Bought customised cake for my Twin daughters birthday.
Sponge was moist and soft, Whipped Cream was fresh like it rain.

The cakes are refreshing and fresh. With their open kitchen you can see how fresh they bake their cakes. The staff is friendly and respectful. You can customise your cakes to the best extent possible, a little over price for customisation but worth the end result. There is also a small apcae to sit and eat in the shop. My overall expericane was 5 star. No other cake shop in the area provides such satisfactory results in cakes and pasteris. Having said that I hope they keep the good work in future and I don't have to write a new review. Cheers!

Their packaging doesn't seem to be sustainable. This is the second time, I have ordered the choco lava and this is the second time I got like this.

Bad Service from them, I always preferred Dial A Cake, but this time it is last, I have ordered online but items were missing and they cut the calls when I told them on the phone.
They never accept their fault. Move to another bakery, there has many good bakeries then why you should pay them for this type of awful deliveries.

Looking for some cakes or cookies for your special one, then this place is for you. They have some amazing cakes, pastries, cup cakes, cookies etc. All are amazing and truly delicious. Pocket friendly and best.

This place is located front of mother dairy plant on road. This place is not visible easily because this is in basement. Place is having very good variety of cakes and pastry with good quality and taste you also found all kind of birthday related products on one shop. Services also fast and good try at one's if you are nearby this place.

First of all his staff is very Bad for customer all staff is no manners how to treat customer the way of talking is very bad l think so l can't go in future again

Dial A Cake at pandav nagar near mother dairy # recently i have face very bad experience with the staf of Dial A cake. They cheated me. # yesterday i was personaly go there for book 1 cake & i had booked 1 good looking 1/2 kg cake # But today when m was there for take my cake, i have seen my ordee cake was not there n shop staf member handover me a fresh cake that was totaly diffrernt.i had told him this is not good thing u are cheated to customer # but his stadf member told me i told to chef for extra chocolate n etc for try to convey me. I m very very much not happy with the service of Dail A cake. They are bluddy cheaters.

Good Cake Shop in this area. Just opposite to Mother Dairy and on main road Pandav nagar. So easily visible on road, good collection but verities should be more. Price is average according to cake quality. Also, top ups of the cake having more verities like different types of candles, balloons, chocolates and many thing. Means all Birthday things can be purchased from here, no where to go.
