I personally loved the diet plan, and the concept of adapting a healthy lifestyle instead of restricting to eat anything or to eat less. It was a full fledged diet plan with 6 meals in totality and it had a variety of food choices so that it doesn’t gets boring eating every time the same thing. My body could feel light, my gut health improved in the first week of this diet plan.
