Her diets are soo genuine and logical. I've been literally trying so many fad diets to loose weight and really starving myself to the extent I got extremely bad digestive issues. On the other hand she gave me soo much food to eat that I used to end up complaining her that this is too much of eating.but she always encouraged me to eat and by the end of the month my overall health has improved soo much.

My experience is really nice with lakshita, her receipes, diet plan, routine for day all are absolutely comfortable. Her team is very flexible according to my routine and very understanding too

Her diet plans, meal plans and recipes are beyond amazing, she made me lose 5kgs in a month without making me feel low, with her diet plans I don’t feel like I’m on a diet, it’s enjoyable and healthy at the same time, highly impressed with her effective meal plans, must try? Thankyou for helping me out to look beautiful ️️

I had come across lakshita for diet. Initially i was apprehensive as i had never done anything like this and i never believed if diet can really help resolve our issues.

But her approach of knowing me personally and my bodily issues and then recommending an extensive diet plan which was monitored on weekly basis had surprisingly worked wonders in my favor.
From reducing my gut and bloating issues to building muscles and simultaneously cuting down on fat this journey of last 3 months were very fruitful.

I truly recommend anyone with either health issues which is her forte to weight issues.

I am happy that I took diet from them. They are amazing people who try to understand your preferences and do not make it hard for you to follow any diet plans. The diet recipes are so yummy that it doesn’t feel like you are on diet.
I highly recommend if you want to take diet for Health issues or just want to start eating healthy, then they are the one you should be approaching

It was a great journey with Lakshita and her team. The diets were made super easy and convenient according to my likings and job schedule. Also, I appreciate the quick responses and alternatives given whenever asked.

I have consulted lakshitha mam through instagram.
I had many health issues like thyroid, low vitamin and calcium levels, high amylase, followed by excess weight.
Lakshitha mam has analysed all my medical reports and explained scientifically logically, and given.tailor made diet and sustainable or long run lifestyle changes, food corrections gradually, made my health better.

Lakshitha mam has good clintele relationship, prompt response and empathetic. She is recommended not for only weight loss but for better health, besides regular medicine.

Worked with Dr Lakshita for almost 6 months for my sports nutrition needs. Dr Lakshita was extremely meticulous and accommodating in her diet plans, and regularly followed up with me to check on my progress. We communicated almost every other day, and modified future diet plans accordingly. She was extremely accessible and understanding then, and continues to help me with my daily nutrition needs!

I did a PCOS course with Dt. Lakshita Jain. The course is very well structured and quite informative. Her teaching skills are really good and she is very approachable in terms of any queries.

Worst dietitian ever. Never take workshop from her. She doesn't provide complete information and cribbs for giving recipe which she has promised to give and obviously for which she has been paid 5k.
She is very rude and insults others.
Feels like our whole money got wasted on her.
Isse accha kisi aur sensible dietician se workshop krate n isse better results milte.
She lies alot.
I have just started my law education and she says "tum practice nhi chla skti".
She demotivates budding youth and service she provides is not worth the money she takes.

She's hands down the best in business. She understands and accomodates your needs into the meal plan according to your schedule and your likes and dislikes. She doesn't make you starve and that's the best part about her. She has been of great help in my weight loss journey and I couldn't be more thankful.

Consulted her for weight loss. Happy to share that Lakshita was effective and helped me. She is patient and listens to existing routine and adapts the plan to your daily life. This approach helps in sticking to the plan. Would definitely recommend.
