This company is totally fake I have some prouf that they will give me RS. 15000 package and they will did't work no rply for mails and calls and refund may delay and delay if anyone interested to take a package of this company so you can see my attachment I will provide.

Fake services & commitments made from the word go. I mean everything is fake about Digi-Commerce.
So for people who want to depend on external selling partners like DigiCommerce- READ THIS VERY CAREFULLY. It will help you save money, effort and time.
Firstly - Their sales team will call you aggressively by making false commitments and sell services that may not matter to you OR will be delivered to you - both in the short and long run. You will be forced to make 100% advance payments for the services sold. And here is when your journey with DigiCommerce will start to haunt you everyday.
Secondly they know 'nothing' about the e commerce business while they claim they know exactly how market-place algorithm works.
We were sold 5 market-places as per contract (3 indian marketplaces and 2 global) out of which barely 1 was delivered. No action was taken on the other 2 local marketplaces in 2 weeks time including basic work of creating your Catalog.
The 2 global they will show you as a carrot - trust me you will blame yourself for even taking their advise. The courier charges you will eventually incur while taking their advise on international shipping will make you either loss-making on each order from day-one or will make you non-competitive in any market you sell internationally if you plug in the cost of shipment as per their advise and put a new price against competition. So this commitment is 100% sham and fake.
Thirdly - on even the 1 or 2 marketplaces you will be provided after your struggle to chase their sales teams (who will simply tell you "My seniors will call you to resolve it" but no one will ever call you) and your constant struggles to reach out to their account management teams who will barely answer your calls once or twice – YOU WILL END UP BURNING YOUR CASH AND FAILING MISERABLY TO SELL.
They will advise you to keep spending on advertising. They will tell you constantly to stay patient. You will get few fake orders too and you will be congratulated by their teams however those orders will be either not accepted by the customer or cancelled after you ship them.
You will also be advised to get fake reviews for your products. Please DO NOT TAKE their advise seriously. Marketplaces can ban you for doing this.
You will end up paying DigiCommerce for their unprofessional and unethical services and you will end up burning your cash on advertising on their advise.
My last advise after suffering loss/ time/ humiliation to you is as simple – Deal with Marketplaces DIRECTLY or go with SPNs those are recommended by the Marketplaces. They are all very seller friendly. Their panels are very easy to understand. And you will be trained by them till you understand this game.
Hope this saves you from suffering like we did in our important launch phase.

My account Lounging services on 20thAugust after payment was made but nobody has given any services to us till now i.e 15th September. Nobody responds to our calls, neither our mails. I even tried talking to higher authorities but nobody listens to your pleadings. They make a fool out of you in the name of providing services. Don't Pay this company, they are fraud. Paid 15000 to them. For Payment they have called 100 Times. After that no body replies. I am going to launch a police complaint them.

THE FRAUD COMPANY
Don't go by it's name or fame they are the worst company one could ever trust they just keep postponing things and your work just gets stuck recently we took their service for our company Pam's Kitchen they started reassigning the work to different people no-one provided the promised service highly disappointed.

Fraud company. They will convince you for making payment by speaking very nicely and afterwards no one will do anything. They said if my work is not done within 15 days, they will refund my full amount but now they are not answering anything. Whenever we call, they say that we are in a meeting right now. Never take any service from them.

This is very third class company. They only cheat people after taking money they don’t pick up calls even their employees misbehave with clients

I would like to Share my experience with this fraud company.

I started seller in Online Platforms and opted for account management services for 3 platforms by paying 15000+gst dated on 10th March 2021and mentioned 1 hr daily service on call and report will be shared but till now they didn't provided service and when I contacted them l, said will check but one month nearly not even single order generated.

Very bad experience for the my intial start up business by trusting such company.
Please beware of this company and spread as much.
