Worst company ever because they committed me to giving offer letter but 1st wants to meet me.i went to the offc everything was good evn I again cleared all three rounds then they said they will call me but they didn't. While I already confirmed that this is the final round but still they didn't give me any response just waste my tym & money also.
The HR prerna Jain forcee to come there while I already met their CEO virtually still she force me to go there to meet the CEO again.

One of the best digital marketing company for healthcare industry. Digilantern provides diverse, unified and best digital marketing and web solution services. Good working place and friendly environment.

Worst company ever because they committed to giving me an offer letter, but 1st wants to meet me in person. I applied for the Account Manager position and cleared all 3 rounds, including 1st round of General discussion with Vinita Sharma, 2nd round with a Senior person and 3rd round of Technical on the Zoom meeting. So, I went to the office, everything was good even I cleared the round with CEO then they said they would call me, but they didn't. While I already confirmed that this is the final round, they still didn't give me any response, just wasted my time & money also.
The HR Vinita Sharma has forced me to come there while I already cleared my technical round.met their CEO virtually still she forced me to go there to meet the CEO again.

Pathetic experience with DigiLantern, do not invest your time in Unethical companies.

Please don't invest your time in this company. Few months back I had an interview with this company. I cleared the first round then for the second round, They assigned a task to me. I completed that task 100%. But when once you submit your project, HR never picks your calls or even avoids replying to reply to your emails also. This company is not serious about hiring.they just waste candidate time. Please don't waste your time here.

1. Salary will pay unsatisfied.
2. Working environment unsatisfied like (stable).
3. Hr will ask you to "submit original accedmic certificates" till you be working in company.
4. Interviewer may ask you very easy questions but mostly out of topic.
5. Alternative Saturday off.
Note: It's my personal experience, for rest of guys go & check at your own risk.
