I had a property in my possession since the time of my grandfather. Which was later possessed by my grandfather, papa, me, and my family. We lived in that property for more than 40 to 45 years. The document and title were in the name of my Chachaji. My grandfather had purchased the property in the name of my chachaji during his minority when he was only 5 to 6 years old. After his marriage, my chachaji shifted to Bombay leaving behind this property of ours in Delhi. Thereafter he started claiming himself as the owner of the property. He also filed court cases against my Babaji (grandfather) pending in the Court for 12 to 14 years and made our property a disputed property so that we could not sell the property. And thereafter my chacha ji without the Courts permission and also without our permission sold this Land to these cruel, money-minded scum bags for 62 Crores by registered sale deed in the Sub-Registrar office, which is half the price of the actual market value, cause the market value was close to 135 Crores plus as it is in the most prime location of Delhi rather in whole India with good footfall in the nearby places. After the purchase of the property without our permission, they got their names in the Court case which was pending for 12 to 14 years, to which we objected but were allowed by the Court. They asked the Court to send the matter to mediation and they offered us 7.5 Crores to vacate the property. My grandfather who was 97 years old at that time, refused their offer. After this, they started filing false cases in the Court against us and also started sending several bouncers to our house to scare us. After some time on one Second Saturday, they broke the locks of the top floor and terrace and entered our property. We called the police for safety and security the police took all of us to the police station thereafter some time, several more persons started coming to the police station. When we were in the police station they started keeping their stuff like fridge, Air Condition Bed, etc on the top floor and terrace and also parked their Cars in our Driveway and stilt. We had everything on our CCTV footage till today. But the police did not do anything and said what is the proof that they were not already in the property. The police asked us to show documents of the property. And told us to go to Court and said it was a Civil matter. How was it a Civil matter if third persons were jumping and scaling our boundary wall and entering our house, that too on CCTV? The real purchaser never came in front of us to date. My father got to know that he does not come in front and keep others' names on documents and sale deeds and also keeps security persons like bouncers for going to the property like ours. My grandfather could not bear the trauma and got hospitalized. And under great pressure and fear we agreed to leave the property for 12 Crores on the condition that the property has to be vacated with all the belongings and all our stuff in the property and only one hour will be given to take only essential things from the property. We agreed cause we were afraid that when we will visit the Court or hospital to see my Dadaji they would take full possession of all the property. Eventually, we got the money in my Dadaji’s account. Just after the expiry of 15 to 20 days, we got to know that these people had sold our property for 113 Crores to somebody. All the money belonged to me and instead, we only got 12 Crores which is peanuts in comparison to 113 Crores. They made a fortune which belonged to me and the fortune, which was my birthright. My Dadaji and my family reside in a small flat now. I have to travel 14 kilometers almost every day to go to my college. This incident reminds me every day as I pass through my house every day as it was on Main Road. I cursed them for taking away everything I had.

They are not Responsive neither they are professional. They saw my property papers which were absolutely correct not a single paper was missing. My property is Free hold. I have been following them from 1st October 2020. But they are just giving me the dates nd dates. I went to there office nd they told me to submit the Court fees I did that even nd from that day till date they are just ignoring my phone calls, my messages.
