With reference of my several previous communication since June 2020 through email, telephonic, text, what sup and also refer personal meeting at your office at 22 oct, as per instruction by the management & Mr Lalit, I have submitted my full and final settlement form according to the company policies which was also accepted by them and I have been assured that they will surely release my April month salary through NEFT up to 30 oct but till date no payment was made.
At meeting on 22 oct, I had been told that they will issue April month salary only and the same will be paid within 30 oct at any cost however I did work up to 20 may 2020 and on weekly meeting at 20 may 2020 my work was confirmed by the senior and one month notice period was not provided even it was in agreement.
I agreed to get April month salary because the management was giving assurance to pay within Oct.
But now I have been avoiding till date while making excuses on excuses.
How Can I endorse your group to prospective employee and other stakeholder to join and associate with group?
Praveen ji as group president tell me, what should I do.
I was assistant manager of the company and interview was also taken by you at that time also you gave me assurance related to get salary within time give me.
Being ex assistant manager, I have all sensitive information about the group but due to agreement and professional behavior still I am maintaining decorum but why not management. Should I not follow the agreement?
I know the company has great reputation, professionalism and goodwill in market since from 21 year.but i don understand why they are demolishing the company images for some salary amount.even when you have already paid April month salary to other staff.
Praveen sir i know you are genuine person and you have not such intension as your thought is different from others.
Please give me April month salary. I have urgent need it.
I hope, you will take action and release my salary as soon as possible so that I may assure the stakeholder to associate with the group because the dolphin group is genuine
