My experience is very bad. They send me that I am eligible for a personal loan and I applied on Sunday 24th September 2023. They had said that loan will credited to my account after 48 hours, that's mean Tuesday. On Tuesday they sent me the address verification link and I completed it quickly. Then they ask me to wait for more 48 hour and money will be credited. Wednesday I received a call from them for verification, and confirm me that money will credit on 24.hours. But today is Friday, no money received on my bank. I called their customer care several time and they saying that loan department will call you. But no one call me. Everyone make their own financial plan, please don't give false information
I have paid the entire installment of my mobile but till today I have not received the cashback and after trying to contact as many times as possible, it takes one hour to talk to the customer care and very useless staff
Its been 25 days i am trying to contact the DMI customer care but there is no response from them and when i trying to use the portal it says your number is not registered with the DMI. I am not understanding one thing i have keep getting emails and text messages from DMI but it says not registered and I have written hell lot of emails and there is no response.
I have paid all my EMI's on time but DMI is not providing me my NOC certificate. No reply on mail. Pathetic service from DMI. Its a Debt trap from DMI, so don't Trust this fraud company.
Its my Humble request to anyone who wants to take loan from the DMI please don’t chose them they are useless and not trustworthy.
And to the Owner who sees this text or review from now on there will be more and more reviews on you Google business account and this will cost you more customer loss
They provide loan but once taken if u try to pay the whole loan they took the payment and not close the loan.then u can not contact them any way. Fraud total fraud
I has ben 10 days I have trying to connect with a DMI Finance representative and yet I have not received any response either through mail or on call. Whenever I sent a mail al I get after a few days is your issue has been resolved even though there had been no communication from them whatsoever.
I would like to request you to please work on your customer support and help me connect with someone.
I want close my loan account which I was telling them from since last 4 months but there are not at all willing me to pay the amount. Every time I call to them theye will tell we will send you the mail pre closer letter. From 4 months they are telling but still now they haven't sent me the mail. I am very disappointed. So you service is too bad.

Service is one of the best in the industry. Would have given ***** if only the process of increasing credit limit is speeded up for deserving and efficient cusotmer without any defaulting issue.
Third class service.if your sim change or software will get upgraded the phone will get locked and no service center will be supported for that. They will just irritate you with robotics customer voice. No help and assistant will be provided. Very very third class service.

Good Company. Loan processed and approoved very fast. No paper documents needed. Thats it's speciality. Then, interest rates are a bit higher than normal bank loans. Anyway nice when we need urjent money
There was a huge misunderstanding with the Stashfin loan that I took and even though I was paying the money of time, it showed late payment and was showing outstanding on my cibil report which in turn decreased my credit score. I went to the DMI office and spoke to RANJANA TOMAR and she handled the case personally and made it all possible in just a month. She is a gem of a person and a useful resource.
I use DMI finance as it is a NBFC partner for Slicepay.i am very happy with their loan dispersal. I would have provided a full score but I just have one small complaint.
I am unable to update my work details in the Slicepay app and hence am unable to upgrade my loan limit. I have put in numerous emails as well but none are acknowledged.

Worst of all, if you choose DMI, you will experience hell, customer care number lagta ni. Sales person ko pareshan karege bus. Btayege ni bus apka extra charges lagate rehege or settlement jesa kuch ni krte, phone lock krke beth jayege, app bh kaam ni krta kitne bar payment k liye l na refresh hota, iam a verified customer, mene itni bakwas service kabhi ni dekhi, it's my first and the last time I get a loan from DMI, koi information hi dete ki loan k regarding ki ky ha ky ni bus extra pese Jodte chale jayege.
No one is wrong there, whatever you are hearing about DMI is absolutely correct. Samsung should have their separate EMI or financing company or we can buy our products from other companies. DMI is totaly fraud. Just read my issue. I have taken two phones with DMI (With one brother id's) both's emi date was 5th of march For 1st phone I made payment on 4th of march. And for the seconds phone I paid on 6th of march. And you will be laughed by listening both of the id got fine for Rs. 349.1st - for earlier payments, 2nd - for late payments And if you want to talk with customer care, you have to wait for at least 35 minutes.
After i paid entire loan in may 2020 (last emi was paid in may), they again deducted rs14548 on 12.01.2021,7 months after loan was fully paid through ecs. When i contacted customer care of dmi finance, despite deduction was in statement they never accepted that amount was credited in their account, they were not willing to even entertain me. I became helpless. Ultimately i complained to RBI, thanks to RBI that my money is back now. DMI Finance is not a good institution to take loan from. Beware!
Very bad customer service, Always they will keep in Que for 17-20 Minutes and then they disconnect the call. I will suggest, never go for any loan to this DMI FINANACE.
One day 15 times ECS bounce and more apply late fees several charges they apply i Paid all emi after they showing 1 rupees due in my civil score several time send e-mail to DMI finance please take one rupees close my loan account but no any response.
Very poor service and no one ready to responding. We have taken loan of Rs. 44900 and There was the outstanding amount of rs. 35000 in the month of february. Suddenly they have restructure my loan and outstanding amount is increased as rs39000 and changed loan id and we have no any confirmation when I tried to make the payment for the month of March-21. Then system has not accepted my payment and response is "Please enter correct loan id" recovery agent has started calls continuously. I have done so many complain over mail, whatsapp and call. But no one is ready to response. Currently they have generated three loan id. I tried to call helpline. But number is always not reachable. On mail, no one is responding

I have fully paid my loan including 3000 fore closure charge still they are asking for interest which will be incured in future. Then why the hell you have taken fore closure charge. Worst customer support, worst app, overall mismanagement
DMI FINANCE PVT LTD IS BETTER THAN OTHERS COMPANY LIKE HOME CREDIT etc. It also help to fulfill personal needs by giving loan on mobile and personal loan. They also gave to all type of bank account holder easily. BUT there is minor problem is that they gave long period of tenure like 8 months of EMI. 18 MONTHS OF LOAN REPAYMENT which is too long. I suggest that loan repayment time is 6 months or 12 months for the amount of less than 1lakh rupees. More than 1lakh as same which is decided by company policy.

Totally unsatisfactory response. My payment of a personal lone was made 1 day before but yet it was not updated on the Samsung account. And there is no response of customer care and no reply from the emails.and I have also send the payment receipt but no one is suppose to took concern on this.
