Doctor Anand's imaging centre

I went for MRI and I found all staff members are very cooperative and attentive but the doctor is very arrogant and she doesn't have respect for others, she talks in a way as if she is the only person who have work and rest of the persons are useless. I hope she would attain wisdom and maintain the dignity of doctor's work. I requested her to explain the reports but she replied aggressively, in unprofessional and in very disrespectful way.

I brought my mother to Dr. Anand Imaging and Neurological Lab for DTPA test which they do on the first floor. First time in my life, I've seen a medical center WITHOUT ELEVATOR which is very funny and disturbing too. IT'S A BIG NEGLIGENCE ON MEDICAL PART TOO.

My mother is hospitalised since around 45 days and she is very weak to climb the stairs but the staff said that we take all the patients on the first floor through a chair which a wardboy of around 55 years age lifts alongwith one other boy. Anytime accidentally his hands or feet can disbalance and patient can be in a big trouble. No one acknowledged my concern and issue.

A BIG "NO" TO DR. ANAND'S IMAGING AND NEUROLOGICAL CENTER.

The worst ultrasound service in any panel radiology. I have gone through ultrasound twice but the Doctor lady is in so much hurry, she completed test within minute. After seeing the report Doctor told me that this ultrasound report is not complete, looks like very done casually. Most horrible part after complaint Ultrasound lady says We do like this only, if you want better go somewhere else. I'm so socked to hear that horrible lady. I wasted my time and money in Anand imaging. Specially for govt panels or any corporate panel plz don't go there.

Doctor advised me to go for Thyroid scan, for which I went to Anand Research Center (ANRCH) where I was told the cost is ₹7200, after a lot of requests I was given a discount of ₹1200, I asked for the same test at Max Hospital I came to know that there is a test of ₹ 4500, when I told not to get the test done, the staff there lashed out at me and asked me not to return the money, then I asked to take the report and was told that this evening will get it till 4: 00 pm, but after getting the test done, it was said that you will get it till 11: 00 am tomorrow, when I reached the center the next day at 11: 00 am, I was told that the report has not been made yet, now you have to wait 1 hour more.
The behavior of the staff here and also Dr. Geeta Anand herself talks is very rude, and the cost of the test is very expensive here.

The worst radiology centre. The lady owner of Dr Anand imaging centre is so horrible, rude and loud that one can't even see her face. She always do the test in hurry and make reports very casually. My doctor rejected the reports and told to do again from somewhere else. After complaining the lady told I do like this only. What a horrible experience. Plz for any CGHS or any panel, avoid this to save your time and money.

First she was late.we kept waiting indefinitely and her staff could not provide any information. When she eventually arrived, there was not a word of apology or consideration.
The clinic does not observe the basic hygiene like ensuring sheets are changed between patients. Sofa in the waiting room is broken.
Most importantly doctor doesn't have basic decency to treat people with respect and professionalism. She was shouting at patients and guards - totally unprofessional!

PLEASE AVOID THIS CLINIC!

There is no system for patient which is coming soon or which is not able to stay more time, staff is doing job without responsibility they are taking to much time

One of the worst place to go. Zero professionalism.yesterday took an appointment for my mother ct scan.time given to me was 11 am and they she was made to sit till 4 pm. They just don't care as there are lots of patients if you won't go others will come.such is the state pathetic.

If one could sum their service in ine word, "PATHETIC. " No regards for you or your time.

Worst, the two lady at reception is totally unprofessional. Make me awaited till 1 hrs by saying the lab tech had gone to do some sample place work. Haven't you people have enough man power to look after you had provided the time slot. And upon checking with them they are replying (Sample laga nai hai time lagta hai) hello why should we suffer for your short staff. Please don't go there. You can see all review are just negative only. Very worst.my first and last visit. All better review must be from the staff only or from know person of staff and owner. The most highlighted thing there are 10 nos of coustomer currently at lobby and out of those 8 are in argument with staff, these staff are not tired of argue but tired to change their attitude. Feels like any of government Garmin clinic and staff attitude as same as government hospital ward boy/lady. RIP

Bad experience with ultrasound Dr. Is always talking to phone while attending there patients. The anomaly scan took minimum 30min. Or more Than that but Dr. Geeta Has done as formality just like normal scan and it took not even 5 min.after waiting 1hr.and it is very important scan for a pregnant women.and waiting very bad and dirty.

Never come here, they have no AC in 42 degrees heat. Owner is scrooge cringe who don't want to spend money on electricity bill to run AC

For same price there are 500 labs in Delhi which have better service.

Dr. Geeta is very rude and stupid ill manner converstion with my mom. Slow Staff, Doctors doesn't even arrive on time.
They ask to pay up front even before knowing what all the tests are.

No information is provided to any patient when their tests will start.

Very Unhygienic, a patient can get infected at the hospital only.

Worst place to visit for Diagnostic purpose. Doctor seems to be totally money minded and rude behavior as well. I don't know whether their reports are upto the mark or not.

They refused COVID positive patient X-ray test!

When confirmed in morning they said yes they will do Chest X-ray and other blood test for COVID patient and they attend these patients after 6: 30pm. But when got the customer in the evening (100 + temperature), and when they saw its been referred by CGHS, they refused and VERY RUDLY WITHOUT ANY EYE CONTRACT THEY REFUSED AND SAID
"ADMIN HAS REFUSED, GO TO COVID HOSPITAL".

They are not totally organized or have responsible or knowledgeable people to attend customers. Zero customer service. There was one more very old customer who was been given a X-ray report in morning but the when customer reached doctor the envelope was empty and the receptionist guy was blaming customer that he forgot the report.

Wrong report given. When called to follow up doctor gets impatient and behavea nasti. Very disappointed.

Easy and convenient place nearby preet vihar metro stn.if ur coming from laxmi nagar side take right side down stairs.

Very bad service, employe are rude in behaviour and unprofessional staff. Unaware patients please change your diagnostic center if possible. Horrible Staff, Unreliable answers and responsiblity. I think it's on panel for most of the government health care, cause none but unaware patient come here for diagnosis.

Third class place. Went there for a myocardial perfusion test, for a relative. It took them 6hrs to bloody do the test and give report. In the report they had the audacity to say dyspnea, which means shortness. The fact was the relative had leg pain. Leg pain and dyspnea are totally different conditions.

The doctor who recommended this place, would have arrived at a totally different diagnosis, if I had not confronted them. When I did, I was shocked the person said dyspnea is same as leg pain.

Moreover this test costs 10500rs.

Please avoid or be careful.

Pathetic service by this lab.one of the worst lab that i have ever visited and the staff is so illiterate that they can't even understand.
My sister was having surgery on 28 August 2020 and we went for the test here and it's today 7 September 2020 still I haven't received the report yet. And no one is answerable here.

You will waste your precious time as well as the money. I recommend Dhruv Lab one of the decent lab I ever visited the staff is awesome and they give commitment and they do that.

Kahin bhi jaaye par is Lab me galti se bhi na jaaye. Bhagwaan bharose hi hai sab yaha.

There is absolutely no respect for time & prior appointments. Extremely insensitive staff at reception who are experts in keep the customers waiting.

Good testing and diagnosis facilities, nice and calm waiting lounge but the receptionists are not enough cooperative. Easy to reach as on a main road near fly-over.

This center is known for quality reporting.they have latest machines.and competent doctor to report

They don't know about the precautions of test, wastage of time, they're rude, charges are too high, better to go other place

They don't have medicine, once you reach here they will order medicines and that will reach here in about one and half hour

Very bad behaviour and bad staff, rude behaviour. They first take money and then tell you to wait for long hours and if you belong to some panel. They will give preference first to normal patient and then if they have time they give preference to you else ask you to come some other day. When u object about it, they just make a scene and insult you

I visited ur lab and experience was very poor dr geeta is very rude she doesnt know how to speak with her patients. I will recommend anyone to visit in this lab pathetic service with pathetic attitude of doctors

This lab should not be trusted. You have to be aware of their camera. They are completely unprofessional. I suggest not to go there.

Bad experience. Doctor asked to get Brain MRI but once i visited there, they asked to have one more test which was not required as per my doctor. Unnecessarily they charged 4000/- for that test. They are thugs.

Very Rude behaviour of Receptionist and staff. Kept us waiting for hours and behaved badly. Would never recommend others to come here for testing.

Very unacceptable experience. Counter Attendant staff did missguide/ wrong comitment to me I went their for my MRI test. After all the owner lady doctor Geeta Anand beaten me on my on visel part where I have already severe pain and dizziness.

I have complained against in concerned departments, Council and Court as well.

Staff are unprofessional, Even there Radiologist also,
Before making final report they should see the all the previous test reports then prepare the final conclusion, In my case without reading all the major reports they prepare their final conclusion.

Pathetic. Staff was so unprofessional. Behaving like an idiots. No one has a sense to talk. Never suggest any one to go.
