I cannot emphasize enough how satisfied I am with their services, and I wholeheartedly endorse them as the best veterinary clinic in the city.

If I could, I'd give this clinic zero rating. Granted the staff was very friendly and helpful. Dr Choudhary seemed to be knowledgeable but that overrides the negligence and greed to make money. I took my nine-month old kitten on recommendation of a friend. I took all the reports of her previous doctor and the ultrasound, that mentioned that there was a slight enlargement in her pancreas. The doctor recommended a few natural medicines for that and for her liver. A few days later, she began running fever, was sluggish, eating little and had also developed a slight breathing problem.but the doctor was adamant that no x-rays or ultrasound for a few months.even though her breathing was clearly affected. He just took some blood samples and the reports showed raised TLC levels indicating an infection. I took her to the clinic for the next two days and after medications, I was told to take her home. Her condition deteriorated rapidly but he kept on assuring me that she'd get well and that there was nothing to worry about. The next day, I rushed her to the clinic twice and he told the staff to administer her oxygen. Since there was no improvement by night, I rushed her to a hospital as per his suggestion. They did all the necessary work but she continued to gasp for breath. To ease her plight, I bought an oxygen tank and a nebulizer and waited until morning to take her back to the clinic yesterday. I insisted on an x-ray, which he was reluctant to, but I persisted. The x-rays showed complete liquid filled lungs. I asked him to drain some liquid but he denied and told me to bring her back in the evening. As I reached home, her worsening condition became worse and I called the doctor and he told me to bring her back to the clinic. But before I could do that, she collapsed, her tongue turned blue and she died. I don't care about the money spent, but the doctor should've done her chest x-ray when her condition was better. This amounts to negligence. My baby is gone and I'm left totally despondent. I don't wish this nightmare on anyone.

All the staff are very gentle and friendly with pets. Doctor is knowledgeable and affable, making it a good vet recurrence for parent and pet. My pet was significantly less scared here than at other places.

Called the place to send a doctor within 1km to help a street dog. The doctor was not willing to visit the location. I was not able to take the street dog to the doctor as he was getting aggressive.

I was ready to pay for the visit, but the their policy didn't allow the doctor to visit for a street dog treatment. Change your policy please.

Dr Bipul is the best vet in South Delhi. The service is good and he also has a store that stocks all the toys and food for furbabies

I had taken my dog to the clinic because the regular veteranarian had gone out of town. The doctor checked and gave 6 medicines for teek itchiness. However we got no satisfactory result. The treatment was expensive also.

Very bad experience did nt pay attention to my dog and diagnosed him inefficiently of his disease nd some time afterward my dog died due to bad diagnosis

Dr Chowdhary is a very sweet, kind and helpful vet in the area. Even though we went to him for just 4 sessions for our cat, he has helped us and guided us for 3 years.

The Doc is very Humble, Experienced and Knowledgeable in Handling the pets. Unlike other Docs who don't even touch the pets, he examines the dog/cat body well.
